Whoa I just ordered the trailrunner with free element 1/24 crawler for $275. I also ordered that same black body! For the same build you got here. Curious what you got for lights, and other upgrades you did to it?
Awesome! Mine was the trailrunner SUV but i had too many issues with clearence with the 1.55” wheels and the IFS. The 1.9” wheels raised it up enough to clear the obsticles easier that i drive over in my woods. The lights I used are just a basic set of 2 standard white leds and 2 standard red for the rear than i added the smaller size set of leds for the other led holders in the front beside the main headlights (kinda like a low beam or fog light) they were only one set of two smaller size white leds since i already had the rear red leds. I also added an old winch i had in my spare parts bin. Then i bought the soft sliders from element since i liked them better although they are grey and not black I prefer the style over color. Thats about it since i left all the electronics stock besides buying the control box for the esc from element which allows me to adjust the punch and a few other fine tuning options.
As long as it is the same electronics as mine which i believe it ahould be. I built mine as it began as the white suv Trailrunner which is why mine has independent front suspension. I had to order a number of parts from element to turn it into the trail walker.
Notice the title says “Trail Walker Project”, meaning it is a build from the Trail Runner. I have multiple videos showing my progress on my channel. I think its way better now. Thanks for watching friend! ☮️
@@deanmachinerc3258 very cool! I can’t wait to get this rig out on the trails, only crawler I had before was a trx4m bronco. This is my first 1/10 crawler. I have a few Arrma 1/10 3s bashers and this is a nice change up from those beasts! Take care 🤙🏼
Great first pick as it has killer performance out the box. You will love it as I do mine! Have a blast with it and definately get you a 3s lipo but even on 2s its great.

Also i ordered the program box for the stock esc also and it allowed several nice boost in performance like punch level etc..
