Yes, there are dozens of coconut species found all over the Philippine especially in islands like Cebu. The Philippines is believed to be at the center of origin of the coconut being part of the Southeast Asia and Melanesia islands which scientists identified as the center of biodiversity of the coconut. On Cebu island alone, you can find a wide variety of coconut species, from almost white to different shades of green, yellow and orange when unripe. But they all turn brown in different shades when ripe or dry. Yes, there are dwarf coconuts too like the ones you showed in this video. They don't grow tall. They stop bearing fruits when they reach their life's end, usually between 40-60 years.
