  • Fraser Allen's next to pitch a product which he believes will stop thefts from stealing holiday-makers belongings whilst at the beach or pool. He's asking for £150,000 for just a 5% stake, but will this wash well with the Dragons?
An international sensation, Dragon's Den features entrepreneurs pitching for investment in the Den from our Dragons, five venture capitalists willing to invest their own money in exchange for equity.

I’m joking of course, but I swear they must pay some of these people to come onto the show and pitch their fledgling little company to be worth some outlandish evaluation. I mean if literally any one of them had watched even a few episodes of the show, then they would know that over valuing their company is the worst mistake they could make, hands down. It doesn’t matter what sort of miracle invention they dreamed up, no matter how good it could possible be, if they try to say they have a company that’s worth $3,000,000 and yet they know they have only put $150,000 into it along with zero orders, zero sales to date, and negative cash flow, then your business is worthless. His margins actually didn’t sound bad, and while it wouldn’t have been a home run or anything, I actually believe that he could have sold quite a few of these things and did quite well had he just offered up a fair amount of the business with a reasonable evaluation of maybe 3-5 hundred thousand dollars.
