Add naphthalene-based water reducer to water and stir until dissolved
Add water and cement, then start stirring
Remove the mixing bucket to check the state of the mixture. No fluidity and expansion
Weigh 87g of water, 300g of cement, 0.45g of melamine
Add melamine to water and stir until dissolved
Add water and cement, then start stirring
Remove the agitation vat to check the state of the mixture. No fluidity, no expansion
Weigh 87g of water, 300g of cement, and 0.45g of PCE802 polycarboxylate superplasticizer
Add PCE802 polycarboxylate superplasticizer into the water and stir until dissolved
Add water and cement, then start stirring
The mixture has good fluidity
Pour into the truncated cone mold; the expansion can reach 295mm.
