Spot on. There would have at least been one previous girlfriend testifying to him also beating her. At least one. But nothing.
Here's why the world is standing with Johnny:
1) Not to mention Johnny has been an actor since 1984 and NO ONE... man or woman has ever made such horrendous claims against him. Why now at 58 years old would this be happening.
2) Amber has MANY hours and hours of recordings of Johnny Depp but she doesn't have ONE recording of Johnny physically abusing Amber. In fact most of the recordings show evidence of Amber physically attacking Johnny!
3) The Milani Cosmetics make up pallete that Amber claimed she used to cover "her bruises" is a lie. The brand has already stated that the make-up pallete was released in 2017 and Amber claimed this in 2016 or earlier.
4) Many witnesses backing up Johnny including police officers that did NOT see any injuries on Amber, no property damaged nothing out of the ordinary.
5) Not only Police officers but employees, assistants, co-stars, exes, have stood by Johnny defending him.
6) Amber has had plenty of time to calculate a plan in order to frame Johnny as the bad guy as the "abusive" person when she was manipulating him when she KNEW she was recording.
7) Amber Heard, CHEATED on Johnny More than once and took the men up to Johnny's penthouse. Absolute lack of respect taking another man to his own bed.
8) Amber was previously ARRESTED by physically assaulting her EX WIFE. And also has hit her own sister (there is a video online showing her sisters black eye)
9) Evidence after Evidence after Evidence Including a Forensic Psychologist diagnosed her with Bordeline Personality Disorder and HPD. Dr CURRY also stated that she shows a big amount of dramatic expressions and exaggerations. (DR CURRY WAS RIGHT AS WE ALL.SEE AMBER BEING OVER DRAMATIC ON THE STAND)
Also she has been caught phrasing script from MOVIES while on the stand under oath describing certain events "that happened" she clearly has an exacerbated approach to everything she is saying and is super dramatic that she has to get movie lines to tell her story. Absolutely horrendous. With so many expressions and confidence she tells her story, trying so so SO hard to queeze a tear out on the stand but nothing.. absolutely nothing.. yet while it was Johnny's turn to testify she was as emotionless as a brick..
She MUST of been planning this all along or until Johnny decided that she could no longer manipulate and abuse him everytime he trued to leave the house.. No WONDER she tried so hard to convince to not sign a prenup she wanted his MONEY which see said she donated it all but in fact she didn't!
AND LASTLY.... a man or woman who has been abused and is traumatized.. DOES NOT give death stares to their "abuser". AMBER has been staring at Johnny non stop trying to get his attention or dominate him or intimidate him Lord knows.... abused people don't do that! In fact Johnny has not looked at Amber one single time and avoids eye contact... why ? Because Johnny Depp IS a victim of domestic violence and abuse.
Also as many people are reminding me. Amber POOPED 💩 on Johnny's bed.

Victims of abuse do NOT try to stare their abusers down the way she constantly does. Her staring is just another example of her aggressive challenging behaviour. It's painful to watch and then have to listen to her fantasies. Her counsel must despair having to face going into court every day.

How many people do you see THAT distraught and don’t have red eyes? Fake the nose/eyes wiping all she wants, she can’t fake the red eyes on queue. That’s what I hope the jury is realising.
Also, did you see the size of that bottle? Either AH has some… broad openings(?) or she would have been screaming in pain (being as abrupt as she describes). Her comments wouldn’t be, “I remember just staring up at the light”, it would be, “all I remember is this excruciating, burning pain as I was given a traumatic ‘episiotomy’ ”. Did he lawyers really think such exaggeration would be accepted by any reasonable person?
I worked with abused women and I saw probably 1000 of her saying the true and they are far from this speech. They can not laugh, they do not remember details as was jar of cocaine, their details are more about their feelings and the acts of the violence not the decoration. They have eyes full of tears red and sometimes like death, they feel dirty, not self steem and most important really afraid to meet his expartner OR SEE DIRECTLY TO HIM/HER, usually look down , and; if someone do any movement near they inmediatly cover themselves an look frighteneen look down shaking looking in pain and many other stuff... usually they do not raise their voices, neither ask money, neither live sorrounder by family and friends like AH, her sister and friends were her neighbors living free in yhe penthouses ofJD. neither punch the agresor, neither yell to the agressor saying u are a f...baby, I hit you, tell jhonny to the world u are a man who suffer DV.... no women who really suffer violence provoke the agresor , They walk on egg shells wile the relationship with the agresor. They did not run next day to other relationship with another guy...usually take long time to trust another guy and some never want a relationship again . Most of them does not care the money, peace and safety is their treasure. AH sobs are so fake and exagerated, no tears, and later her speech looks arrogant and created, past days was laughing looking full of hate and soberb like she feels like a queen

But this case Recordings of AH are inside the DV moment when she is very upfront, proud, shiny, and go to parties modelling, events looking perfect makeup having money a family around, introducing "friends" to her apartment...is not a behavior of a victim. When they split she ask inmediatly 3 penthouses, car, allowance, 14 millions from his agresor and went with ElonM next day and froozed embrions together... that s why I think is a lie.

At the very beginning, one of her lawyers said they were going to prove that she didn’t write the op ed that messed with JD’s career. When Amber Heard went on the stand, she LITERALLY SAID “my ex husband is suing me for the op Ed that I wrote”. Case closed????😂

I just got out of a 17 year abusive marriage first 12 fiscally and verbally and after he came out of jail for dv I believed him went back… and the last 5 have been emotional abuse. I am finally free it’s only been 4 weeks but I remember every detail! But this amber pisses me off because clearly she was the abuser, and morons like her make it difficult for us females that actually get abused. It’s so sad I wish more men spoke up and maybe this will be that door to open cause some females are worse than guys.
She's not just full of fecal matter, she IS the fecal matter, that's how much I hate her for trying to trash the life of a man as amazing as Johnny.
It doesn't matter what the world thinks; it matters what the jury thinks. I pray they are not fooled by the histrionics and fake crying of this vile woman.
What also matters is that the trial is about the three counts of defamation, and not the actual abuse. And on that count, since JD has burden of proof, they might still fail to achieve actually proving that it was, in fact, defamation. I think best case scenario is Johnny wins both cases and worst case scenario is they lose their respective cases. I don’t think Amber has a realistic fighting chance of winning hers tho.

It's interesting the stark contrast between Depp's and Heard's testimonies. Heard's accounts of all of abuse are extremely vague. Lot of "I don't know" while Depp's accounts of abuse are very detailed and clear. Having been a victim of physical abuse as a child I can still remember the details of the worst instances and I have long term memory issues. It's obvious heard's been lying from the beginning.
The problem here is that Ambers testimony has changed so many times in various ways. And Johnny has stayed consistent. She also opened up her testimony saying that she “ was here because my ex husband is suing me for an op-Ed I WROTE”. She just admitted on stand that she wrote it.
Case over.
I swear I thought the judge would Bang the gavel and say:
“Well, Johnny wins.”

I didn't realize that the pictures of her with the bruises were 6 days after the "incident". I am a nursing assistant and I have seen my fair share of bruises in the past. Six day old bruises would not look red or purple. They would be greenish yellow. This is a BIG problem.

Also her forehead didn't crease even when she faked crying or struggling here. Therefore her using Botox is very plausible and she's still on it to this day.
And to Cookie, there's at least a recording of her walking/stomping around to chase after Johnny with high heels around that very same allegation with her hurt soles due to the broken glass, but I couldn't manage to find it.
What an absolute disgrace to real DV survivors. Sorry, English is not my first language. I am a DV survivor. The last thing I’d do in court is to engage with the abuser, trying to get his/her reaction. This woman is sick, extremely manipulative, exactly what Dr.Curry said.

You are so right, I was also victim of DV, and her body language is not the on of a victime. It's making me so mad seeing her doing this, because my ex was exactly like her, and nobody believes me.
She will create bad ambience to the futur victims; Who will be judge, laugh, and will be forced to face many inconvenience because of that liar.
The fact that she fakes repressed memories is really disgusting. Some people ACTUALLY have things like trauma that cause them to have those. It should honestly never be used as some kind of prop.

Here's what we've got so far:
1) Johnny wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. Amber drank 2 bottles of wine a day, and took plenty of drugs as well by her own admission.
2) Amber caught lying about using a specific line of Milani makeup that didn't exist back then to cover her bruises frequently, which was refuted by the company itself.
3) Amber has past DV arrest against her ex, admitted to DV against Johnny, suspicion of DV against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast, Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, and his ex-spouses all speak highly of him.
4) Audio recording of Amber admitting to cutting Johnny's finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie.
5) Amber's psychologist witness Dawn Hughes lied about Amber having no DV history and was caught out by Johnny's lawyer. Her entire testimony was based on what Amber told her, and not her actually being there.
6) Amber has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard).
7) DV lawyers analyzing the case said Amber's broken nose is fake and doesn't look like any of the countless injuries they've seen, and it's impossible to cover the swelling and bruising with makeup. Her "busted lip" also looks like she bit it, instead of being split open like it should be.
8) A former FBI and CIA body language expert said Amber shows multiple signs of deception.
9) Amber allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist and makeup people saw no signs of abuse.
10) Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
11) Amber claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay.
12) Amber claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him. Her exact words: "You run away every single fight." Sure sounds like what an abuser does.
13) Amber allegedly feared for her life, but bought Johnny a large knife.
14) Amber allegedly hated Johnny's drinking problem and wanted to help him quit, but drank in front of him all the time.
15) Amber was completely different in her 2016 deposition, where she was cold, arrogant and smirking.
16) Amber proven once again as a liar when she went back on her public promise to donate her divorce money to a children's hospital (and the ACLU, but nobody cares about them because they're co-conspirators with her).
17) Pooped on the bed of a person that allegedly made her "fear for her life", blamed the pet, but later admitted it was a practical joke.
18) Amber claimed she did not want money, but demanded 14 million tax free or threatened Johnny with abuse claims.
19) In the UK trial that Johnny lost, the judge had a family member working in the Sun, there was no jury, Amber was taken at her word and not cross-examined, and key witnesses and evidence that would have helped Johnny was not allowed be to presented (eg. cops).
20) Fits Dr Curry's assessment of her multiple mental disorders:
A) Overly dramatic and embellishment - The way he allegedly beat her up was like a scene from the Avengers.
B) Flowery language - "He was the love of my life", "It felt like a warm glow".
C) Lacks actual substance - "He beat me and I thought oh the carpet is dirty. There was mashed potato on the wall and my dog stepped on a bee, but oops I don't remember if I threw the bottle at him."
D) Mimicking - Copied Johnny's outfits every day during trial, as well as Dr Curry's hairstyle.
E) Needy and needs approval - Audio of her refusing to let Johnny leave.
F) Sense of shallowness - Facial expression changes in 0.5s whenever Camille objection stunlocked her.
G) Externalization of blame - Never takes accountability for anything and paints herself as an angel.
H) Deep seated anger and abuse of partners - DV.
I) Manipulation and self-centered - Gaslighting: "Look what you made me do Johnny!"
J) Fear of abandonment - Audio in Australia post finger accident of her crying and afraid that it's over between her and Johnny.
K) Make a lot of accusations when feeling slighted - Threatens with restraining order and abuse claims after Johnny wants to leave her.
L) Makes threats with legal system to keep partner from leaving - Threatens with restraining order and abuse claims after Johnny wants to leave her.

She also admitted in her testimony that Johnny had sent her 2 guitars when she was still with her wife, that she didn't accept. Why on earth would someone gift someone 2 guitars if she didn't play it? Also, one of the mirrors that Johnny supposedly wrote on was an ensuite that was in the room she supposedly had locked herself into for the night with no other access...hmmmm
Johnny has won, regardless of what happens in the courtroom or outcome. Let's hope he'll be able to pick up from where he left off. He deserves so much better.

At the end of the day public opinion has mostly reversed but from a studio perspective the optics still aren’t great for Johnny (the insult slinging, drinking, drug allegations, property destruction, etc). I don’t know if he will still be considered a liability… I hope not.

When I watched the live stream, I noticed as Amber was so disgustingly testifying about how Johnny sexually assaulted her the night he lost the tip of his finger, I noticed he was crying and struggling to make sure no one saw him. He must have felt so heartbroken and ashamed that the person he thought he would spend the rest of his life with is claiming he has committed such malicious attacks. That's how you know that he was truly the victim in this case. I can't imagine how heartwrenching that must feel. The level of trauma that man has endured is so much! That's why I believe him.

I was abused in my marriage and I absolutely stood up for myself against him. I was unafraid, and I did not let him see my pain for the most part, but my actions are not the norm from what I understand. I was abused pretty severely throughout my childhood, I stood up for myself and my mom then too as much as I could. It usually didn't end well for me but I did it anyway. I refused to be made to feel like I had no voice or worth, or to stand by and watch while my father beat my mom. My point in sharing this is not every DV' survivor experience is the same. It's possible Amber has a similar way of dealing with abuse. Still, I don't believe her. Her way of describing events, her mannerisms, and the way she "cried/displayed heavy emotions" feel fake. It definitely feels like she was the main instigator. Johnny is not completely innocent here, (no one ever is) but the majority of the evidence thus far (and the superior legal team) is on his side.
After Robert Durst was acquitted from confessing murdering his neighbor, dismembering him and tossing him in a river in a trash bag, I'll never sing victory before the jurors officially deliberate and deliver the verdict to the Judge.

It's our responsibility as a society to hold each other accountable for our actions. If we continue to tolerate or ignore unhealthy and harmful behavior we'll never be capable of making positive change. I'm praying this case wakes the world up

Absolutely! I've worn 8 rings all my adult life. Gotta take care to Not bump or smack into things cuz they DO cause bumps, welts, even bruises with the lightest tap (like on a head for example). She woulda been cut up, severely lumped and bruised with "punches" she claimed! I biffed a friend alongside the head once in dramatically retelling a story- not hit but tap as demo and she got 3 little lumps from it. Horrified- never done again. She's full of it.

@@rawbishbin yes it is, but there are 13 jurors but only 7 will actually be selected for a verdict and none of the jurors actually know who will be selected. So even if one was to be found out there are others that would be able to take their place.
@@rawbishbin I think it's possible a portion of the jury hasn't looked at any media coverage as of yet... but assuming they haven't read/seen ANYTHING about it would be foolish, especially on such a massively followed/covered case. So i'd agree with you. It's inevitable. Plus, and I could be wrong, but I don't think the jury would suffer any consequences other than being dismissed as a juror. Unlike johnny/amber whose cases could be thrown out with a possible loss of tens to hundreds of million dollars.

I was beat up by an ex boyfriend. It went on, for about 20 minuets, until I was able to get away from him. When I felt that it was safe to go back in my house, I threw water on my face and saw the damage. I didn't recognize the person looking back at me. It took two weeks for my face, to not show any discoloration. It went from black, to purple, to almost green, yellow, etc... And that was just twenty minuets. She claims it went on for hours. She is fabricating this whole scenario. It never happened to her. She degrades all women who have suffered abuse. We should start a #NotHeard movement!!
