Praise the Lord, I came back for more. The harmonies took me back 36 years. 32 years before I surrendered. At the time, I was learning to play the harmonica and wanting to hear Southern Gospel and get closer to the Lord. It was an effort to save my 8 yr marriage. I attended a local Pentecostal church where the Pastor and his wife, I believe, were from Appalachia. With the first song they sang, I broke out in goosebumps and cried. Thanking the Lord for having me there. My wife refused to join me. After 3 or 4 more Sundays, I stopped going. It took another 32 years for me to surrender. Praise the Lord! God is faithful and welcomed this prodigal son home. Amen. Your singing took me back and lifted me up. Thank you, and glory to God in the Highest! In Jesus name. Amen. Merry Christmas!
There's no harmony like family harmony. My mother, my kids and I used to just strike up a song with joy and the love for Jesus, especially after a holiday meal. My mother is gone now but I can still hear her singing steal away. I miss her so much. Keep singing beautiful family. God Bless
