Thank you. And yes! He was surprised and mentioned after that he wasn't sure about doing the interview. But really did appreciate the questions and gave us props for doing our research. Especially with TC5! Thanks for the Comment!

Very interesting, one of the best interviews I have ever heard. I wish this was longer, but as it went on I thought that it would be great if Mr. Wiggles wrote a book about the realism in his day, and wondered why he never did, but he explained why he has not, and I very much respect that, but I still wish . When all the OGs are gone I would like to have references of what it was really like to live the life back in the days, how things evolved, the culture, etc. I do not want all this to be lost . I will rewatch this many many times.

didnt know that New York felt that respect for Los Angeles poppers and lockers. wiggles is right because i ran into boogaloo shrimp and he said he went to new york to battle the best guys. because back in the 70's and 80's LA was getting down!!

The strength of a hip hop movement in a certain place around the world really boils down to the amount of education people have on the matter. I live in the UAE and the movement here is still really young (in terms of community spirit) with many people just going on their own way. Its more centered on bboying and new style (many of the dancers here are from the youtube generation) and we rarely ever get together in full force (I'm relatively new here though, so there's always something you're yet to see). But I think if we had a little more education on the matter, then we'd know the context alot better and our scene would be stronger. Great interview! Keep spreading the knowledge :)

Interesting how he pointed out how in the early days no one was viewing Hip Hop/dancing as a "way out". It was too new back then and I guess no one knew what was going to come of the dancing, graffiti and rapping in the 70's and early 80's.

American music forms: Spirituals, Blues, Ragtime, Jazz, Country, Gospel, Bluegrass, Folk, Rock n Roll, Doo-Wop, Soul, Funk, Disco, Punk, House and of course Rap and Hip Hop---all enjoy well documented African American roots coupled with undeniable Black American influence---whether directly or indirectly..
Latinos -- Puerto Ricans particularly -- please explain how you co-created or co-invented yet another installment in the legacy of Black Musical expression known as Rap and Hip Hop, yet didn't co-create or co-invent any of the elements of the 14 or so African American music forms that predated it? Or why you were nowhere to be found and absent during the creative and inventive foundation outlining the forms of African American musical expression, brilliance and greatness throughout, or even prior to the previous 14 or so African American music forms that are mentioned above yet then, all of a sudden--out of nowhere, you folks come along and claim you co-created and co-invented Rap and Hip Hop 50/50 half n half (which is the evidence-free and utter nonsense being peddled by Dr. Derrick Colon, Fat Joe and numerous un-informed latinos---claims you all never mentioned or verbalized during its inception in the early 1970's)---latinos claims of "50/50--half & half co-creation and co-invention just don't add up---it makes no sense and are increasingly becoming scrutinized and debunked--widespread.
    Make it make sense Latinos
