As someone who has been lifting/training for 25 years this seems kinda pointless for me. But a new person who is looking at getting into lifting i can see the benefit of this! To learn how to activate certain muscle groups!

I’ve been lifting since a long time now too but this definitely isn’t pointless, it’s a pretty legit it allows different grips to activate different muscles, now you definitely can do the same with push ups but it hits slightly different than doing so
And for $20 it’s pretty solid to add to a home gym on a budget
