My KVM Elgrand van is really a little beauty! I also love being able to get into the back three ways. A big plus for me. 😍 I think I might need to get one of those new power boxes William?
Do you have to move the fridge to use the toilet? Am I correct in saying that the toilet should be usable without having to move anything. As the new self containment rules state!
You must be able to use the toilet when the bed is made up. and it must be fixed down, fridge is not fixed so easy to shift around the van . its portable.

Wast is Opaque, My fresh water tanks are now a solid colour, no direct sunlight to the fresh water.
