I think the reason why Kyle was so strong and cheerful was that he was continuously eating. A ride of this distant is an ‘eating contest’ so chapeau to him for doing it right.
Now we know why Kyle was so fast he was propelled along by his own exhaust gas😂 💨

Amy -- before your next ultra event, it's time to get a proper bike fit. If you're well setup in your position on the bike, you should not be getting saddle sores. Anyway, your effort was amazing.

Blooming heck! I rode easy 20 milones Friday, 50 at near FTP yesterday, 25 easy today and planning on 60 hard tomorrow. My codloins were screaming at me yesterday. I can’t believe what you did at PBP but hoping to do something like that in the future. I need to build up a little more. Yippee! Love the content

With the amount u ride u need a proper bike fit, bicycle in Richmond is very good but also expensive and far from u. But imo it's worth the money and travel

Having been caught out too, vaseline, aqua cream and any moisturiser will substitute for chammy cream
