Very unexpected level of humility. At the beginning of the video it seemed like he was just going to yell and argue but ended up revealing himself to have an open heart and an ear to listen.

Always ask Christians about the Gospel. Let them explain it to you. It's astonishing how many only know some fragments there, but can't really explain it to a willing listener.
      Now let me summarize it:
God created the Universe including man (Adam and Eve) in his image. Everything was good then.
God established a rule, not to eat from a tree with some fruits.
Adam and Eve nevertheless did, breaking the rule and falling under judgement.
This alienated Adam and Eve from God and made them mortal. It also made them sinners. It applied to their posterity as well.
God revealed salvation to Noah, Abraham and finally to Moses who wrote down the law.
The Israelites mostly still dismissed it and fell under judgement from it.
God made mary conceive a child and Jesus, the son of God was born.
He healed the sick, cast out unclean spirits and taught the people.
Some called some and they followed him.
Most did however reject him, so did the high priests.
They got the Romans to crucify Jesus.
That was actually necessary to happen. As an atonement sacrifice as lambs were sacrificed for atonement.
Jesus died, was burred, but was resurrected again. Death and Sin were overwon that way.
If we belief in Jesus, that Jesus, we get access to salvation and resurrection as living as well.
He gives access to his blood, which is cleansing and to the Holy Spirit, which is Truth and gives Wisdom and understanding.
That in short is the Gospel.

      Tanach shows that we are doomed. No question about that. 10 commandments show that already. "out of context" can also be a false argument, a cop out.       Go and look yourselves how the passage continues after verse 9 ;
9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses.
10 And there arose not a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face,
11 In all the signs and the wonders, which the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,
12 And in all that mighty hand, and in all the great terror which Moses shewed in the sight of all Israel.
Tovia Singer uses this passage which is opposite than what he tries to say about Joshua, Because this passage just confirms how there never rose a prophet like him. Jeshua is that prophet and he spoke the word of Father who sent Him in His name so that in His words we could have eternal life. He is the word of God like gospel of John starts in the chapter 1.

@Safraz Hussain Don't lump people together, this guy seemed legitimate in his want to find and share the truth. It's not fair to be pre-judgmental with someone you've never even met.
He was in a rush to leave, but to me it looked like he was listening to the words of the Rabbi, as you see him ask "should I go read it now?" i.e. out of respect for the Rabbi he asked for permission to read it now.
You also see him previously asking to see the verses the Rabbi is quoting, but none of them had a Tanach on hand, so he was very eager to see it for himself.

    • @H_Is_One
      @H_Is_One Před 2 lety +1

@Safraz Hussain Evengelicals this Evangelicals that, Muslims this Muslims that, Jews this Jews that.
It's not very nice to generalize.
People keep generalizing and being pre-judgmental, and while you MIGHT be right about this specific individual, your way of looking at the world is still wrong on a moral level, and remember, what goes around comes around.
It's okay to suspect someone, and be careful of them, but it's not okay to talk and act like you know what this guy is doing, where it can be interpreted in two completely different ways.
It's completely your choice to be either a positive or negative person, and that choice can affect you, and the people around you for better or worse.
For example we always see Rabbi Singer taking things as is, not having to judge the people behind these nonsense beliefs.
All he does is break down these beliefs in a calm and calculated manner, with as much patience as needed.
If he thought this missionary was listening for the sake of running away he would've expressed that in the video, but obviously no one knows what the other is thinking, and a generalization of him being evangelical isn't enough to condemn him for 'listening'.

    • @H_Is_One
      @H_Is_One Před 2 lety

@Safraz Hussain Again starting with your generalisations, whether you are a scholar or not, you need to work on being a better person. That is more important than all the learning you can do.
"Tovia Singer is hiding the truth", more assumptions, you are extremely good at suspecting people and claiming it's the truth without any evidence. Rabbi Tovia has nothing to hide I guarantee you this.
No Jew needs to hide the truth, it's plainly written in the Torah, I will happily explain your unfounded claims to the best of my ability.
"The problems with you Jews without disrespecting you is that you don’t study in context. Same as the Christians. You just listen and blind follow" - again very disrespectful, but I will try to learn from Rabbi Tovia to be patient with others.
I know for sure that in any religion there will be people that study texts out of context, but to generalize is very wrong you just insulted all over a billion people without knowing them.
Most Jews I know including myself never read random verses by themselves, we read the Tanach in order so that context goes along with it.
We have our commentators (which all religious Jews agree are correct and had divine inspiration) where the text needs further clarification.
This is on the contrary to Islam where anyone can commentate, but no one will listen to your understanding if you have nothing to back it up. (this topic is much more complicated and it's not possible to explain in a youtube comment).
"You just listen and blind follow." Yes we Listen to Hashem's word and blindly follow even if we don't understand the reasoning behind is Laws, as it says in Exodus 19:7-9:
"Moses came and summoned the elders of the people and put before them all that the LORD had commanded him. All the people answered as one, saying, “All that the LORD has spoken we will do!” And Moses brought back the people’s words to the LORD."
This is praiseworthy, so I don't understand why you would say such a thing that we "Listen and blind follow"
Also Isaiah 21:13:17 has nothing to do with Mohammad. It's talking about the refugees from Kedar passing through Tema, since as we know the Ishmaelites (as learnt from Abraham of blessed memory) keep very good hospitality, and helped out the Kedarites while they were fleeing from the Babylonians. And the people of Tema gave them bread and water as it says in 21:14.
But Isaiah prophesized that the "Multitude of Kedar shall vanish" (verse 16) because they did injustice to the people of Israel.
Also there were always Jews scattered throughout the word, this is the punishment of exile, so I don't know why you think "Many Jews moved to Madinah"
"You need to study the truth yourself to be saved." again generalizing and assuming.
Religious Jewish scholars know how to learn.
The verse from Deuteronomy 33:2, you're the one that took it out of context. (Maybe not on purpose, but we can read the hebrew so it's much clearer what the meaning is)
      Deuteronomy 32 talks about the Blessing Moses gives to the nation of Israel before his "Passing".
This is the translation: "He said [Moses]: The Lord came from Sinai and Shone Upon Seir (referring to Esav) He appeared from Mount Paran (Referring to Ishmael) and YOU (referring to Israel) from Rivevot-Kodesh (Rivevot means Tens of thousands, Kodesh means Holy i.e. Tens of thousands of angels) to his right Eshdat from his right.
This whole verse is referring to the fact that Hashem came before the Edomites and Ishmaelites offering them the Torah, but they refused to accept the it.
But the Israelites accepted it WITHOUT questioning what was inside.
I have no idea how you learnt the verse to refer to 10,000 saints, that's very far from the truth. The part where it says "He appeared from mount Paran" is referring to Hashem where he asked to Ishmaelites to received the Torah, the verse is then split up by the next words as it says "ואתה" but you (the nation of Israel) which means that the next words (Rivevot-Kodesh, which means Tens of thousands and not 10,000) can't be referring to Mount Paran.
While what you said "It's all about studying the context" is not wrong, but you also need to know how to learn the Torah in Hebrew, otherwise you will make such mistaken interpretations that don't conform with the verse at all.
You should really not disrespect or generalise anyone until you have proof for your suspicions.

      Go and look yourselves how the passage continues after verse 9 ;

@@GearsoftsCoPH Always ask Christians about the Gospel.

Christianity is far from perfect. You'd object to huge chunks of it rightly. Yet let's consider Deuteronomy 18 again. Did the people under Moses' arm need another prophet to speak, given that according to Torah, they were to hand his words down through generations?
Has Joshua put forward another tablet with another set of rules? No? Then he's NOT a prophet like Moses. He's just his follow up.
Yeshua on the other hand had to reinstate and utter the same Torah AGAIN, because what's been handed down was skewed by traditions and influencers picked up in Babilon.
If anything, Moses being followed by someone named Yehoshua, should make you think twice about these.

      Go and look yourselves how the passage continues after verse 9 ;

I read Dr Ali Sina ,s book, understanding Mohammed, just read it once to know the man whom you call the best among creation. You will know what devilish ideology is which has imprisoned billions for1400 years. The man in question may be a hoax , for a purpose.
Human sacrifice is surely hated by God however Isaiah 53 talks of the servant of God who was killed for the transgressions of many. What was the purpose of God in commanding Abraham to sacrifice his son. Was it not to test his love and obedience beyond everything he valued the most. God displayed the same love towards mankind that He spared not His only begotten son to justify the sinners through faith. Was not Abraham called righteous when he believed God. This was much before God commanded him for circumcision .
Secondly the Torah says that there was no prophet like unto Moses with whom God talked face to face. Like Joshua many came but the Israelites waited for that one prophet . Jesus came , a prophet much higher than Moses , Moses was a servant but Jesus was the begotten of God , He gave the new covenant wherein the commandments of God is written in the hearts of the believers by the Holy Spirit of God. He is the promised prophet, priest of the order of Melchesedik and King of kings, the root of Jesse.

      Proverbs 30:4
Who has gone up to heaven and come down? Whose hands have gathered up the wind? Who has wrapped up the waters in a cloak? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is the name of His Son? Surely you know!
      Psalm 2:12
Kiss the Son, lest He be angry and you perish in your rebellion, for His wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in Him.
Jesus in English, Yeshua in Hebrew is written all over the Tanakh, but the enemy of God (Satan) hid and replaced His name:
      Psalm 40:7
Then He said, "Here I Am, I have come, it is written about Me in the scroll. "

But you, Bethlehem, Ephrata, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come forth for Me - One to be ruler of Israel; One whose coming forth have been from of old, from everlasting.

No man is from everlasting and definitely NOT Joshua; and only Yeshua/Jesus was born of a virgin in Bethlehem as foretold in Isaiah:
      Isaiah 9:6

@Safraz Hussain How is Isaiah 42 about a gentile prophet? If want to claim that "My servant" of 42:1 is referring to a gentile prophet, see Isaiah 42:19 where God says "Who is blind but My servant", and the previous chapter already identifies "But you, Israel My servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the offspring of Abraham, who loved Me, Whom I grasped from the ends of the earth, and from its nobles I called you, and I said to you, "You are My servant"; I chose you and I did not despise you...Behold all those incensed against you shall be ashamed and confounded; those who quarreled with you shall be as nought and be lost. You may seek them but not find them, those who quarrel with you; those who war with you shall be as nought and as nothing. For I, YHVH your God, grasp your right hand; Who says to you, "Fear not, I help you.".....In Isaiah 42 verse 8 it says: "I am YHVH, *that is My Name* " while muslims dont know God by His Names that are revealed in Tanach, for us, YHVH is His Name, & not Allah....Isaiah 42 is speaking about the end of all days when Gods salvation will reach the ends of the entire planet (like in Isaiah 2, and the same theme throughout the entire Tanach, like Joel 3, Zecharia 8, Isaiah 11). At that time the whole world will be rejoicing because everyone will know God "like water covers the ocean floor", that is what is said "Sing to YHVH a new song, His praise *from the ends of the earth* , those who go down to the sea and those therein, the islands and their inhabitants. The desert and its cities shall raise [their voice]; Kedar shall be inhabited with villages; the rock dwellers shall exult, from the mountain peaks they shall shout. They shall give glory to YHVH, and they shall recite His praise on the islands." It is *all inclusive to the whole planet* , not some "hint" to muslims simply bc it says the word "Kedar".....And I am not sure you're aware that Isaiah 21 verses 13-17 condemns Kedar, *it is a negative prophecy about Kedar, not a positive one* , "The harsh prophecy concerning Arabia: In the forest in Arabia did you lodge, on the roads of your cousins...For, because of the swords they wandered; because of the outstretched sword, because of the bent bow, and because of the pressure of war. For so has the Lord said to me: "In another year, like the days of a hireling, all the glory of Kedar shall terminate. And the rest of the number of the bows of the heroes of the children of Kedar shall decrease, for YHVH, the God of Israel has spoken." That is a negative prophecy about Kedar and its people.....Deuteronomy 32:2 is referring only to the Jewish people, as it starts "And this is the blessing that Moshe the man of God blessed the children of Israel before he passed away" and the entire theme of the chapter is this blessing, and the last words of Moses is all to the Jewish people in 33:29 "your enemies shall deny you, but you shall step on all their high places". To understand Deut 33:2 according to its most simple meaning, one just need to know back-round information (be familiar with the 5 books of Moses). When the Jewish people were first entering the Desert, it was from Par'an, like it says in Numbers 10:12 "And the Jewish people according to their travels from the Desert of Sinai and the Cloud of Glory dwelt in the Desert of Par'an" (since they traveled where ever the cloud traveled). And when entering the Desert, a place with no food or water or change of clothing, God took care of all of them with Daily Manna from the Sky, water flowing miraculously from a Rock, their clothing didn't wither, God shown and revealed Himself to them when entering the Desert in inexplainable ways. "YHVH from Sinai came, and shined onto the Jewish people from Se'ir" Just like Devorah the Prophetess Prophecied in Judges 5:4 "YHVH in Your going forward from Se'ir" it is past tense, referring to what occured in the Desert for the Jewish people. "He revealed Himself from Mount Par'an and came with Him Myraids of Holy Angels" as it was at Mount Sinai, "From His right a flaming Torah for them". The whole thing is about strictly the Jewish people, nothing else. As the verses continue "The Torah Moses commanded for us, the inheritance for the congregation of Jacob"....I dont know what "Jude" is, if youre referring to the newT, we reject the NewT with both hands....Habakuk 3:3 parallels Deut 33:2. They are all references to what the Jewish people experienced 1st hand in Gods divine providence in the Desert for 40 years before entering the land of Israel. Teyman is one of the grandchildren of Esau (Genesis 36:11) hence the reference to "Se'ir" which is Edom/Esau, just like in Deut 33:2, which they were in before entering Israel. These are all references to the 1st hand experience of God and His miracles to the jewish people in the Desert. The verse says "God came from Teyman" meaning His revelation, it is not referring to any sort of prophecy about a new religion, as Habbakuk continues on see verse 13 "You have come forth to deliver Your people, to deliver Your anointed" where these prophecies were given to the Jewish people, and His anointed refers to the ones anointed with the anointing oil described in the Torah, aka the actual true Jewish Messiah, which the word "Mashiach" comes from the hebrew word "To Anoint" since Messiah will be anointed by a prophet. (impossible for it to be jesus since no prophet came to anoint jesus with the anointing oil, also Isaiah 11 describes the true nature of the Messiah and the state of the world when he does arrive, doesnt apply to jesus one bit, the opposite occured when jesus came). We know our scriptures very well, and we have our tradition from the prophets as to their true interpertation. We are not blind. Thank you.

    • @Yehonatan613
      @Yehonatan613 Před 2 lety +7

@Safraz Hussain The reason we reject Islam and Christianity is because that is what God commanded us. God warned us against/about new religions/belief systems. "The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the Jews dwelling in...because of their evil, which they did to provoke Me... *to worship foreign worships, which they did not know, not them, not you, nor your forefathers* ." Jeremiah 44:1-5.
". . . .the curse, if you. . .turn away from the way I command you this day, to follow other gods, *WHICH YOU DID NOT KNOW* ." Deuteronomy 11: 28. We know God with His Names revealed in the Torah and Tanach, never the name allah, and we are instructed repeatedly in the Torah to keep the Torahs commandments for all of time, an eternal covenant, a unbreakable covenant, "I will not ever (for eternity, le'olam") break My covenant with you" Judges 2:1, there is no adding onto or subtracting to Gods laws for us. Islam is a new and foreign form of worship than the one we received 1st hand from God at Mount sinai.
"This entire matter that I am commanding you, THAT is what you shall safeguard to perform, *do not add to it and do not subtract from it* . If there shall be among you a person who claims to be a prophet or a dreamer and they give you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or wonder in which they spoke happens and they say to you "lets go after foreign worships in which you *DO NOT KNOW* of, and worship", do not listen to them, for YHVH your God is is testing you to see if you love Him with all your heart and soul, after (He Whom is known as) *YHVH* your God shall you go, it is Him that you shall fear, *it is His commandments that you shall keep* , His voice shall you listen to, Him alone shall you worship, and to Him shall you cling, and that person shall be killed, because He spoke falsehood against YHVH your God *to make you stray FROM THE PATH that YHVH your God commanded you to go in* and you shall remove that evil from your midst. If your fellow tells you in secret saying "let us go and serve foreign worship *which nor you nor your forefathers knew* ...do not desire him, don't listen to him, do not have pitty on them, do not have mercy on them and do not try to cover for them, for you shall surely (cause him) to be killed...because he seeked to lead you astray from YHVH your God" Deuteronomy 13. Anyone telling us to add or subtract from the Torah we have and our tradition from the prophets, any new form of religion, anyone who tried to make us stray from the way God commanded us to go in, any type of worship foreign to our ancestors, anyone telling us that Gods Name or Names are different than what has been revealed to us, any new books or anything of the sort, it is absolutely forbidden for us to listen to them.
God already commanded us to reject all new foreign/newly invented religions/faiths/worships, and He even told us that He is only sending such things to us as a test for us to prove our love to Him.
"...worships they didn't know, *newly invented worships that your forefathers did not fear* ". Anything that is newly invented, what our forefathers didn't experience, believe, worship, know, and fear, even just a new name for our God, is evil in Gods eyes for us to even pretend to entertain or embrace. We religious Jews live and die by the Torah, nothing else. We are doing the will of God.

      Go and look yourselves how the passage continues after verse 9 ;
Tovia Singer uses this passage which is opposite than what he tries to say about Joshua, Because this passage just confirms how there never rose a prophet like him. to evangelize Israel. Most of these men have a poor knowledge of Hebrew scriptures even when they are available in English translation. What is even more surprising is their
lack of knowledge concerning the new testament texts. Big money invested in evangelizing the Jews will not bring much success. Thank you rabbi for treating these young

Tovia is not correct regarding Joshua being the prophet like unto Moses. In Deut 34: 5-12 it is clear that Moses has died, Joshua has taken leadership over Israel.
Then in verse 10 the scripture states that there since arose not a prophet like unto Moses, whom The Lord knew face to face, so the prophet was yet to come.
      Deut 34:7-12
7 And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.
8 And the children of Israel wept for Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days: so the days of weeping and mourning for Moses were ended.
9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses.

Shalom, I was born a "J Witness", and I was always taught that Israel that the bible speaks of is not physical but in a spiritual sense and that after Jesus death we don't have to keep the law anymore, this never made sense to me, so I prayed fervently to God to help me find the truth and started to do some independent research while reading the Hebrew texts even though it's forbidden by the organization to do any independent research at all. I thank God because he answered my prayers and led me right to Rabbi Singers teachings, I am completely stunned just like the man in this video from what I've been learning, my brain is overflowing with the truth and I can't stop thanking God, and to add the cherry on top, I did some digging and found out that I may be of Sephardic background, I'm full of joy.

Christianity bestows upon you forgiveness, redemption and salvation if you accept Jesus as your lord and saviour even on your dying day no matter how bad a life you've lived up till then ... Judaism does not offer you any forgiveness for certain types of severe crimes (actually, in Judaism there are crimes so bad if you commit them you cannot gain any forgiveness if you try and repent ... Such horrific crimes demand the death penalty, period ... They're considered to be capital crimes ... First-degree murder (for example) is one of them.) ... Islam also requires execution for several types of horrific crimes ... Think and check yourself before you speak ...

Oh yes oh yes Jesus is the Messiah. He is the King, the son of David you Jews waited for...
What is the chance that one man can fulfill these prophecies about the Messiah... How do Jews fabricate the death of Jesus amidst the Roman empire and for what good reason?
Was it to have Jews of that day come to believe in Jesus, so that Romans can persecute them?
Listen nicely, even you... Jesus said call no man teacher except for he who is in heaven. Why did Mary upon witnessing a Risen Jesus call the man standing there, speaking with her "“Rabboni! Why would she then go to the disciples and tell them that she has seen the Lord. ?
The account is written down by men that had no reason to lie, even when women's testimony meant so very little. Go read it.
The soldiers guarding the tomb go to the chief priests and tell them what had happened, Jesus rose from the grave as he said he would, as they feared he would... For this purpose the soldiers were there guarding the tomb, that the disciples wouldn't come and take his body and claim a risen Jesus. Just think, why would they say this if in fact they had the body?
      Matthew 28:12-14
      Amplified Bible
12 And when the chief priests had gathered with the elders and had consulted together [to develop a plan of deception], they gave a sufficient sum of money [as a bribe] to the soldiers, 13 and said, “You say this, ‘His disciples came at night and stole Him while we were sleeping.’ 14 And if the governor (Pilate) hears about it, we will calm him down and keep you out of trouble.”
Did they want the Jews to rebel?
In fact what is the reason for Christianity? There were only Christians after people witnessed a ressurected Jesus. After they saw what had happened... Oh yes he was killed there, on that cross.
But he went to loose the chains in hell for the elect upon beating death.
This King, the son of David, whom I serve is very much alive.
But before he walked with us, your prophets Spoke of him.
What are the odds one man fulfills all these prophecies?
There are over 300 prophecies in the Bible of Jesus. all having come true.
What would the odds of Just eight (8) of these prophecies coming true be?
1)Messiah to be born in Bethlehem. (Micah 5:2)
      2) Messiah betrayed for 30 pieces of silver. (Zechariah 11:12-14).
      3) Messiahs clothes would be gambled away. (Psalms 22:18).
      4) Messiahs hands and feet would be pierced. (Psalms 22:16)
      5) Messiahs bones would not be broken. (Psalms 34:20)
      6) The Messiah would be born in the tribe of Judah. (Isaiah 37:31)
      7) Messiah would be called from Egypt. (Hosea 11:1)
8.) Messiah would be buried in a rich man's grave.( Isaiah 53:9)
The odds of all 8 coming true are virtually incomprehensible!
How did a man who persecuted, and hunted down from their homes like Hitler did in Poland and the world....
Go from killing Christians to becoming one?
Saul of tarsus, a learned Roman Jew, went from Saul, persecuting christians to being know as Paul, and becoming a champion 💪 for Christianity.
I believe in Jesus because he pulled me from the slums, gave my life meaning... When I was on the tree with a rope bound around my neck, He said
      "Try Me".
I'm telling telling you, that night he saved me. Go learn of Him...he even says so in scripture.

I've never known anyone who can accurately quote the Scriptures like he can, and in such a calm and confident manner. We need more like him roaming the streets educating people on God's Word. Not just in Israel, but around the world. So many people just don't know the truth. I spent the last 10 plus years working my way out of Christianity, and eventually converted to Judaism. I wish I had a Rabbi like Rabbi Singer who is not afraid to speak the truth, and does it with such calm confidence. He was one of the first Rabbis I discovered who helped me figure out the truth. I always knew since I was 5 years old when I questioned why we went to church on Sunday while the Sabbath is clearly on Saturday (7th day) and I remember asking my Sunday school teacher about that. But I never stopped questioning. I just never had access to more information about Jews and Judaism until about 10 years ago. Once I started learning the truth, I just could not stop. It became my life's mission. I pray many more will hear the truth and start to come out of that false religion called Christianity.

Joshua can't be the prophet like Moses:
9 And Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom; for Moses had laid his hands upon him: and the children of Israel hearkened unto him, and did as the Lord commanded Moses.
*10 And there arose NOT a prophet since in Israel like unto Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face*
Since when? This text is describing immediate events after Moses' death. Joshua was already around, yet he's disqualified !!!

@@bluellamaslearnbeyondthele2456 You are taking Deuteronomy 18 out of context. It refers to a Jewish prophet. Deuteronomy 34 refers to prophetic status.

      @ZackJohnson-yu7lucuz he wanted revenge
Where in earth was her sacrifice supposed to be an atonement??
Who got atones from her death.
Thai aside from all of this still being wrong he was wrong
But he wants for kill Someone in his home as revenge.
He made a promise that he did not want to take back.
Plus how can he promise G-d something that is called an abomination to G-d. - the fact is he wanted to somthifbt hat was WRONG.
If you really think about it - he got his just desserts because it was his daughter that came to greet him.
He could have easily found a solution to not carry through but he was too proud to go to Sanhedrin
(Btw according to the Talmud not all agree she was killed but rather she lived her life in solitude and never got married because that is considered to be like a dead person )
      Go read the scripture again
You have inserted your own meaning into scripture we’re on earth does it talk about atonement
Do you see the word sacrifice and think automatically sin sacrifice (which anyways is only for unintentional sin)
Sacrifices were given for many reasons -
The daily ones and to give thanks
A better translation would be offerings
The Hebrew word actually comes from the same root word as “come close”
Because we bring them to come close to G-d.

Wow. You might have changed that man’s life, I mean look at his face! You can tell his whole reality was flipped on its head, that he was questioning things he’d never questioned before.
