Flounder are born with eyes on both sides of their heads. When they mature to a certain point they begin to lay one side on the floor of the ocean and the eyes will migrate depending on the type of flounder. :) great video!

One of my guilty pleasures is taking a shit ton of Buzzfeed quizzes because of how stupid they are. I’ve been doing this for years and I still didn’t do that well in this quiz.
[Edit:] A lot of the quizzes nowadays are like shitty “if you’ve seen 50/50 of these movies then you can be my friend” or “pick your perfect meal and see if we share the same tastes”. It’s just the authors sharing their opinions in quiz form lmao

I am most impressed that Drew is funny without writing a script first. He feels like that smart friend you have whose humor comes from his witty insights.
For quizzes like this, maybe it'd work better to have contestants reveal their answer at the same time? Maybe have people write it on a piece of paper? I feel like the idea that "you picked yes, so I'll pick no" kinda reduces some of the fun
Drew had a point when he said that since he got the first question correct, he could just answer the same thing as jack for the rest of the quiz and he'd straight up win. I honestly didn't notice that.

Check out hivemind, they do quizzes and game shows and it’s always fun bc they’re writing answers on white boards. Obviously not a super unique idea but it’s a great mix of comedy and games

I used to work at buzzfeed! My job was to make quizzes and edit other peoples quizzes before we posted them! It was surprisingly a week long process even though the quizzes can be shitty. We would have a team meeting and decided what quizzes we would make that week and discuss it with our boss and when we got the okay we would go write them. I stopped working there about 2 years ago so I’m not sure what’s going on there now.
This is probably the most like "oh my god, of COURSE they should work together!" I've ever felt before watching a collab. Like genuinely so excited, been with Jack from the start and Drew has become one of my all time favourites in the last 2 years or so. Much love. ❤️

Conspiracy theory: because Buzzfeed is kinda desperate for cash, I think they track the quiz results for those who sign in and/or post their results for data mining purposes. Better targeted ads, more accurate profiles can be built, and the result is a steady cash flow. I mean, technologically it's not that complicated, and on a legal front, I see no law that disallows this in most of the legal systems I've tried my hand at understanding.
Data mining is the standard not the exception, Buzzfeed is just doing what every other tech giant is doing.
@@stigart6751 Could just be that theyre making quizes because multi-pages/long-page content gives you more space for ads. The quiz format itself also takes up less space for text which gives you more space for ads. Data mining is just the icing on all of that.
