Of all the curries made on this channel this one is still my favorite. He literally "eyeballed" the seasonings and it came out so rich with the perfect consistency (not to watery). Yummy I would love to know the type of fish used. The flesh looked so fluffy and good.
There is something so magical about grandpa while he is siting on the grass, eating rice and fish from a huge leaf with his hands. Even if the other men moved away from this to be more civilised i hope they remember this moment and they stay humble
