How much you had to drink? "nothing baby"

What a totally useless thing to say. Idiotic
"are you serious?" is just another way of saying "yes, I'm guilty"
She was hoping he would say, "No, you're on Candid Camera. Look over there and give a big smile to the audience."
The ex absolutely knew she was hammered and he absolutely called the cops. Good for him.

If you don't drink you got nothing to worry about
I try to drink with my friends every now and then, but it makes me sick and I end up regretting it the next morning.
It's not about whether you want to drink or not. It's about taking responsibility for your actions. If you choose to drink you can walk, take a cab, or ask a friend to drive. If you choose not to drink, you can put up with your friends for an hour and go home. Alcohol, the cause of, and solution to many of lifes problems.
If you are going to drink and drive and then deny it? Don't wear a Rolling Rock tee-shirt.

Alcohol, sadly, is one of the worst things humanity discovered. Reason being: so many people just cannot use it responsibly. It isn't hard to do; people just have to overdo everything.
No, some people are predisposed to addiction.
Drugs is the 2nd
It’s beyond self control, it’s not a moral failing, science has proven this, it’s an actual disease.
Unfortunately back prior to the industrial revolution and the discovery of ways to prevent water-borne diseases like cholera humans needed a way to make water safe to drink, and that was alcohol. Even kids used to drink "small beer" as they called in in Britian. That is they would brew the beer full strength for adults and then brew it again with the same used mash etc. The beer would be far less strong that way making it safer for kids. That is also why you read in history books in many cultures they were mixing wine or beer with water. It was to dilute it yes, but also to make the water safe to drink so you drank less alcohol. That does not excuse anyones drunken behavior, it is just that alcohol is a double edged sword and has been for several thousand years. Now that it is no longer necessary for water safety, it has just become "recreational" and people often are not responsible about it. Like miss "I'm not drunk but have a dozen bottles of whiskey in the car" in the video. I feel sorry for the child.
@@TwistedSecrets777 Alcohol is a drug.

Sheeeeyit, I bet she knows how to party. But, * *hell pilgrim* * (not with a child in the car and at midday). Pennsylvania was where Rolling Rock was brewed when I was in my 20's. They had the little 7oz. pony bottles too. They were funny as shit to drink. The beer wasn't too bad, then Anheiser-Busch bought the brand an who knows if they even make it any more. - Cheers - Burp

It seems like “are you serious” is standard drunk response, just like how theyve always had 2 beers a while ago.
I’ve been sober for twelve years. See these videos reminds me just how much lying is part of an alcoholic’s life, and it certainly was part of mine. It’s got to be life on life’s terms, not our terms.
Wow! That's a lot of tough work, 12 years. Keep doing what you are doing. Hat's off to you for the tough choices you have made & keep making.
40 months yesterday and I still can't believe it. 40 months as opposed to the 40 years of drinking. And I had nothing to do with it. I had to give it over to a Higher Power and AA because it was nothing I had control over. I've been given a second life because I would absolutely be dead now if I hadn't stopped. To all of you that are suffering and HATE living the alcoholic life you're living - surrender, don't let stubborness or pride stand in your way. You don't have to live like this anymore. Yes dear, the deputy is serious, and if you were on the Res, the tribal cops would do exactly what the Nye county deputy is doing. Lock you up.
"I wasn't drinking occifer" and he finds several empty booze bottles in her truck. What a liar. But I recall a time several years ago when I was sure I would be pulled over by the cops for suspected DUI (although I wasn't drinking). I had just left a bar after seeing my favorite local band (but I wasn't drinking - I just had pop all night) and while walking to my car I saw THREE police cars a short distance away facing mine (they were clearly there to check for drunk drivers - or deter them). I thought they would pull me over as soon as I started my car since they saw me exiting the bar and walking straight to my car but they didn't. They could probably tell by the way I was walking I was sober.
Yes.
" I would be pulled over by the cops for suspected DUI (although I wasn't drinking)." But if you had empty bottles in your vehicle you would have been guilty of driving drunk ? Its infallible logic . 🙄
Cops can't wait outside the bar and pull people over that's in trapment I'm not saying they won't but it would be likely to be dropped out of court. I would have been worried about that too.
@@janellcrews6108 Not entrapment. Entrapment is if the cop would tell the drunkard that they wouldn't pull them over if they drove, and he arrested him after.

@@wyattlinscott5210 IDK what state theyre in but in my state, doing the FST's are NOT required by law. You can deny them and it wont affect you legally at all for denying them. Beautiful crown Vic and beautiful f 150. Those are my favorite generations because it had the 4.6L 2V like the crown Vic or the 5.4L 2V, which I guess you could say is just the physically larger fraternal twin brother of the 4.6L. The 5.4L 3Vs were not very good, but those 2Vs were killer. This officer seems like a real good dude with a lot of patience. You have to be patient to deal with people like that every 10 mins every day.

@@jeffjerome4805 the Crown Vic is really underestimated on gas mileage. Or at least mine is. It gets 28 MPG highway even up to 80 MPH, so between 40-80 MPH. It only gets 16 in the city.
As for the F150 4.6L of this generation I think it gets about 21 HWY and 14 city. And the 5.4L version is 1 MPG less on city and Hwy. I think. At least if I remember right

These tests are too hard even a sober person would have trouble.
I think they are more designed to see if you can follow instructions. He clearly told her to hold her foot out, count 1 1,00, 2 1,000, etc. until he told her to stop. She counted to 9 and then her foot dropped and she asked if it was time to switch feet. I see that behavior in every one of these videos. She definitely wouldn't pass a breathalyzer test. Police need probable cause to detain someone for drunk driving.

I live in Australia and cant believe they are still doing this subjective assessment. An objective reading using a portable breathalyser, followed by an evidential standard test (if positive on the portable unit) for a court at a mobile testing unit in a caravan, mobile drug and alcohol testing unit, or Police station is what is used here.
Even if you haven’t been drinking you can get an o.w.i (operating while impaired) if you’re too tired or emotionally distressed, that’s why they go with the walk the line stuff first
I agree, this test is purely subjective, middle ages test. In Europe we also have an standard test that checks howmuch alcohol you have in your system, just by blowing to a device
@@ajabearmus1992 We have them in the U.S......Called a "breathalyzer". Right in their police car. They will use them if the have to, but he did not need to, this chick was clearly drunk.
That is also used here in the US. The reason this test is used is because you can still be arrested for ‘Operating While Impaired’ if you are below the legal limit.

I was 20 when my husband's brother was killed 2 blocks from home by a drunk truck driver with 4 priors.
I was 27 when a coworker and her 6 kids were killed by a drunk driver. He had 5 priors and had killed before.
It is angering how they do not consider anyone else. It is angering how they do not see the wrong in what they do.
