It's not about whether you want to drink or not. It's about taking responsibility for your actions. If you choose to drink you can walk, take a cab, or ask a friend to drive. If you choose not to drink, you can put up with your friends for an hour and go home. Alcohol, the cause of, and solution to many of lifes problems.

Unfortunately back prior to the industrial revolution and the discovery of ways to prevent water-borne diseases like cholera humans needed a way to make water safe to drink, and that was alcohol. Even kids used to drink "small beer" as they called in in Britian. That is they would brew the beer full strength for adults and then brew it again with the same used mash etc. The beer would be far less strong that way making it safer for kids. That is also why you read in history books in many cultures they were mixing wine or beer with water. It was to dilute it yes, but also to make the water safe to drink so you drank less alcohol. That does not excuse anyones drunken behavior, it is just that alcohol is a double edged sword and has been for several thousand years. Now that it is no longer necessary for water safety, it has just become "recreational" and people often are not responsible about it. Like miss "I'm not drunk but have a dozen bottles of whiskey in the car" in the video. I feel sorry for the child.

@@jeffjerome4805 the Crown Vic is really underestimated on gas mileage. Or at least mine is. It gets 28 MPG highway even up to 80 MPH, so between 40-80 MPH. It only gets 16 in the city.
As for the F150 4.6L of this generation I think it gets about 21 HWY and 14 city. And the 5.4L version is 1 MPG less on city and Hwy. I think. At least if I remember right
2008 and up is flex fuel too which means you can put 85% ethanol in it, which is more powerful and cheaper, although it doesn’t get as good of mileage.

I think they are more designed to see if you can follow instructions. He clearly told her to hold her foot out, count 1 1,00, 2 1,000, etc. until he told her to stop. She counted to 9 and then her foot dropped and she asked if it was time to switch feet. I see that behavior in every one of these videos. She definitely wouldn't pass a breathalyzer test. An objective reading using a portable breathalyser, followed by an evidential standard test (if positive on the portable unit) for a court at a mobile testing unit in a caravan, mobile drug and alcohol testing unit, or Police station is what is used here.

I was 15 when a little girl died in my arms. We were the first to the scene. A 3xDUI killed her and her mom.
I was 16 when my boyfriend's brother got drunk at graduation and crashed. He decapitated his girlfriend and killed 3 other kids.
I was 20 when my husband's brother was killed 2 blocks from home by a drunk truck driver with 4 priors.
I was 27 when a coworker and her 6 kids were killed by a drunk driver. He had 5 priors and had killed before.
It is angering how they do not consider anyone else. It is angering how they do not see the wrong in what they do. To me it is the same as " Pulling out a gun, loading it, cocking it and randomly pointing it at people and saying just joking." Eventually someone will get killed it is why we don't do it.
I have zero tolerence for selfish drunks. First offense lose your license for life.

3rd offense or any deaths. Life or the death penalty.
