If your mark in the final exams is 10% higher than your SBA mark then they disregard your SBA mark and only put your final mark on ur report. So e.g if ur SBA mark is 60% but in finals u get 80%, on ur matric results, only the 80% u got will be regarded. So u will get 80% for maths on ur statement. Same visa versa. If ur matric results are 10% lower than your SBA then your SBA will be disregarded and only ur finals will be in ur statement because it shows a true reflection.

Hey, Can I ask, If you rewrite and let's say you get lower marks than the first time, which results will be reflected on ur statement, will umalusi/DBE reflect your highest marks or your recent marks(lower) or will they show both.
Hi Zandi, I have to say that I disagree with some of your logic here, the topics that contain the most marks are often the hardest topics....hence they contain the more marks ,so don't you think it would be best to master...like really master those topics that contain the least marks,your fiance, probability and stats and so on...and then you just work your hardest when it comes to the other topics?

lol your 2nd point is true....I did my matric in 2016 and my math lecturer was my biggest enemy so i flunked it

If u get lower marks after rewriting, the marks on ur report will stay the same. They only change if you did better than the one on ur report
