I have this exact model in white with the winter package. I like it a lot more than I thought I would. The intelligent 4WD works great. This is my winter car, and it's up to the job. Point of interest: The paddle shifters only came on the '18 SES, not any other model years.

That all depends my friend. What's your family situation like? How is your commute? I work at a Ford dealership and we actually have this exact ecosport sitting about 15 feet away from me on the showroom floor right now.

it looks like a horrible bouncy ride
In Bloomington, Indiana, with how horrible the roads are, everything is a horribly bouncy ride. A cushion of air would be a horrible bouncy ride. Lol
I just bought mine today. 2018 model. No! It's no Cadillac at all. But it's meant to be an SUV. 4X4. Good on gas. I'm very happy with it. Cadillac won't fit my camping/fishing needs.
