- TalkTV's Julia Hartley-Brewer clashes with Youth Demand activist Chiara Sarti after 12 protesters were arrested for covering Labour’s HQ in red paint.
Demonstrators from the group insisted both the Government and opposition should commit to preventing the supply of weapons to the country as they targeted the party’s offices in central London.
Labour has said arms exports to Israel should be suspended if ministers have received legal advice that it has breached international law, but has resisted backing an embargo without seeing the guidance.
The Government has come under increased pressure in recent days to publish the advice it has been given following an attack which killed seven aid workers in Gaza, including three Britons.
Julia says: “I know people your age struggle with the difference between those two things but fact and opinion are not the same thing”.

This activist is not British. He should be condemned for multiple offences and deported with no right to reenter as a tourist for at least ten years.
He’s probably here to study. Was said he was studying for a PHD which does not mitigate his actions. If you don’t obey the rules of the country you are in you should be sent home. He probably demonstrates here because our law is so soft.
If you’re a criminal you don’t deserve to be in the country. I’m pretty sure in Canada if you try to enter with a criminal record you get turned around. And I don’t think there’s a time limit either. Unless you get pardoned and your record expunged you can’t gain entry. Should be like that everywhere.

My experience after paying for my son to go through University, is they are brainwashed. I thought Universities taught critical thinking and supported gifted minds to reach their full potential for the betterment of future generations. This guy trashed the university he was studying at which is why he served a prison sentence . Cambridge didn't kick him out . With the Balfour painting and no complaints to prosecute the sister organisation Palestine Action , the university seems to be compliant in this continuing mess .

@@knoxyish That's not how that works. The foreign students pay to study here, they pay more than the people of this country. Also, Cambridge University doesn't need their money, they own so much space and buildings here in Cambridge, they practically own the whole of Cambridge City Centre. The daily expenses(cash available in checking account) were set at around £70 million 20yrs ago, for just Trinity College here, they are extremally rich. They're shutting down all the cheap shops here to make space to build science labs, like they don't have enough, there's a whole Swarovski crystals store in the main shopping mall here, a Tesla store, etc that no one is ever in, the whole place is strange, and full of foreign tourists taking photos outside the colleges.
Why are these people, when convicted, not made to pay for the damage and clean up? £200 fine and release isn't a punishment or deterrent.

Firstly it was a failed Islamic Jihad rocket, not a Hamas one. But that really doesn't matter they're basically the same thing under a different leadership.
Secondly they claimed it hit the hospital not merely the parking lot and the numbers fluctuated wildly between 500 to 800.
And this failed rocket that ended up falling on the parking lot behind the hospital, is estimated to have killed 50. (Btw that rocket was fired from a nearby cemetery, how nice of them)

We need politicians to call for a full investigation by high level authorities and independent to find out who is managing and funding these activist groups.
