Rescued Cat and Dog love each other! 🐕♥️🐈

Red the kitten and Pixie the puppy were both rescued from different areas on the reservation about the same time. They both ended up in foster care with me and after a few weeks in care Pixie was very curious and wanted to meet Red. (They were being kept in different parts of the house.) Much to my surprise they not only liked each other it was love at first sight. 💕👀
Pixie was gentle and sweet with Red and Red loved climbing all over Pixie and grooming her. They would play for hours and then sleep together on the dog bed.
The best part? Red and Pixie were adopted together by a wonderful woman and they got to continue their love fest in their new home.
Rescue is so hard sometimes but then amazing things like this happen. ♥️
