Introduced in Street Fighter V and taken under Baslrog's wing.
Ed was a test subject for Shadaloo and has since escaped from their facility alongside several other test subjects including Falke.
Now Ed and the others are on a mission to rescue as many others as possible.
Using the boxing skills he learned from Balrog as well as his own Psycho Powers, Ed is ready for a fight.

I did not play 6, i always play 1-4 though

I comepleterly understand. As for SF 6, I can say that it's worth it. The gameplay is smooth. But it's best to wait for a few years when some more dlc characters have been released.
