financial independence is key for women As an investing enthusiast, I often wonder how top level investors are able to become millionaires off investing. . I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?

Many people minimise the importance of counsel until their own feelings become overwhelming. A few summers ago, following a protracted divorce, I needed a significant push to keep my firm solvent. I looked for licenced advisors and found someone with the highest qualifications. She has contributed to my reserve increasing from $275k to $850k despite inflation.

Honestly any minimum wage job teaches you so much about yourself, others, interpersonal relationships and skills, and life skills. I didn't work in food service, hospitality or retail but I spent my youth as a babysitter and nanny. It's by far the one role that taught me the most about myself and boosted my understanding about human behavior, development, psychology etc. Can't get that from a regular office job.

Yet she didn't learn to pick a better husband?? Just like my ex, she was a barista, of course being a cutiepie female would attracts a lot of human male. Therefore now she is currently opposing her entire family for a toxic boyfriend who let her do anything as she pleases instead of preserving her dignity. No after all the years being a server she end up not learning anything, the only one she excel from being a server in FnB is trying to please everyone which end up ruining her health. I don't mean to belittle her since i love her so much, but yeah having a proper father figure is more important than having to work as a server. Cuz without a proper guidance all those skills you learned as a server could become a downfall, like the girl in the video marriage. At the end of the day, having a wholesome family, a loving husband or wife beats everything that anyone would trade over their money for it if they can. Im speaking for my own exp, one who stays single for a whole 30years. despite me loving being alone, if given a chance to have a wholesome family i also want that too -(hence me taking a shot with my ex lol)- www god bless us all

Now at 49, I own 11 rentals in Vegas with no mortgages, It brings in $21K in net income/month. Semi retired at 44, moved to SD, surf every weekend, kayaking, camping and raising two small children. Gave up decades of fun, holidays, travels and hustled my entire life. Soon I'm planning to get a dirt cheap sailing boat, fix it, sail to Portugal and visit my childhood friend. The problem isn’t buying a brand new car - the problem is buying the wrong car at the wrong time. Tesla are known to depreciate a lot and so are EVs in general. Not only did she buy a Tesla EV, she bought it during peak COVID pricing and massively overpaid for the car. That model 3 isn’t worth more than $25K if she tries to trade it in. Last but not least, she should have leased the Model 3 so she’s not stuck with a huge loan and $1000/month payment. Cars are depreciating assets. Don’t spend $70K to buy something that depreciates every day. Instead, lease that car for three years and keep your money in the bank/investments. Payment will be lower, your money can grow in other investments, and your resale value isn’t at the mercy of Elon Musk’s mood that day.

Those are all wild assumptions. We don’t know what her marriage was like behind closed doors, and if she had contemplated divorce for a while and was trying to minimize the amount of trauma for her child, that to me showcases unbelievable strength. She deserves to be happy and at peace, while also putting her child’s well-being at the forefront, and leaving her marriage was a way to accomplish that - that to me, demonstrates courage and bravery. Regarding her compensation - she has worked tremendously hard to get to this point, and it’s inspiring. This video is about her compensation, so of course that’s going to be the focal point and the subject matter. She’s going to talk about how much she makes, what she spends, and her journey - that’s the entire point. My brother worked at Google out there and his starting salary was like $200k for the most entry level job. I'm able to save and invest the same amount of money as her each month in Michigan and I make around $80k/year and I'm a homeowner/single dad to a 5 year old that is paying everything on my own.

When it comes to becoming truly wealthy, it's not about what you make--it's about what you keep. Scary stuff bro. She literally stated that she filed for divorce after reading an article online about the benefits of divorcing while the child is 2.5 years old. Can you say calculating 😳

Glad she's grown since her divorce and has been able to learn about personal finance. Hope the future goes well for her.

She's a white worshipper.. not surprised they got divorced. Now she's a leftover single mom with a weird looking kid
