I don't see the issue tbh, there are vegan strong men and there is no evidence supporting the idea that you can't get big on a vegan diet. Brian for example, if he went vegan he'd just be replacing his beef with beyond beef or something, same amount of protein etc. The rice he already eats is vegan, he'd just replace his chicken broth with a "Not-Chicken Broth" alternative etc, it would be entirely doable haha

By far this is the most funniest eating video I think I've ever seen and his reaction to the one thing he ate was hilarious. I have seen this video like three times already. That's worth it for me to come back and watch it again. Honestly I don't know how I eat Taco Bell quite often and it puts my body through strain just to pass it through my system. And I think the only reason why I keep eating Taco Bell is because if you know the right order menu items to purchase some of the things are pretty good. Like the steak and cheese quesadilla. With the sour cream and spicy ranch sauce three-cheese blend and chipotle sauce it's really good like that. And not too long ago maybe about a couple years ago they came out with this chipotle chicken griller. And I just get that fully loaded with all the delicious cheesy and spicy sauces that can be added to that. Those are the two items I usually purchase other than that I usually go with a chicken quesadilla. With extra cheese and extra chicken and chipotle sauce. I was told though that there's something in the sauce that a lot of the restaurant locations don't tell you about that's not good for you I believe it's expired but you can't even really tell when you eat it. I know it kind of has an off-putting taste. When you build up a tolerance for it kind of like adds flavor makes you think that that's just what type of flavor the sauces. Which to me adds a little mystery to it but it makes me kind of thing is this not good for me and my eating something that is expired or is it something in it that actually just adds flavor to it that's supposed to taste like that I don't know. But over the years I've ordered Taco Bell quite often. Throughout my life I probably invested easily over $1,000 into that business for their food products. And I'm wondering is it really going to be worth the money in the long run if I continually keep investing in them I don't think it is. That's why I after watching this video as entertaining as it is I want to start switching to a healthier diet. And thanks to Brian Shaw being inspiration helps me realize why that food isn't always you know the best choice to go with like you know that you would eat consistently. It is definitely better and more healthier for your body and easier on your body when you buy food from the grocery store.. as long as you know how to cook. Which most people can figure out you know. I know anyone can learn how to cook. All right Brian Shaw just wanted to fill you in on my experience with Taco Bell I really do enjoy this video thanks for keeping it up as long as you have and thanks for the laughs entertaining Joy laughter that you have been able to provide over the years the value that you provided. Thanks from the bottom of my heart. And I wanted to say thank you to your wife Carrie for you guys coming together and partnering in the videos it's added a whole nother level of entertainment value I think it's great that you guys are doing the CZcams game together and the videos are really good with you guys doing different challenges thanks for all the love and laughs and I wish you guys the best of luck and God bless you guys you guys are great Americans and your family are great Americans. the problem with huge challenges is that the food gets cold and anything crispy gets soggy and gross. Flavor exhaustion ruins it too, especially since everything at Tbell tastes the same lol
I agree 100%, also it didn't help that he ate all the dollar menu items and didn't even touch any of the $3-4 items like the quesadillas on the right side. As a garbage food expert, I wish I could have been there to tell him what to eat and what to pass on.
The problem with this challenge is Brian is used to real food, not this shit
sushi ninja especially from Taco Bell. Anything with hard shell will get soggy as hell after about 5 minutes.
Also the sodium content. Taco Bell can actually taste pretty good depending on the item but yeah, anything cold is nasty and they put a lot of salt and you start getting sick of all the salt very quickly everything just tastes overpoweringly salty.

The foiled wrapped things are the mini quesadillas and they come with a spicy chipotle sauce on it. I’m literally 90pounds and five feet tall and can handle three of those quesadillas. It’s not bad at all.
