- I recreated versus mode in Geometry Dash 2.2, except I added live multiplayer! If me and Brad can beat these 5 platformer stages, we win. Otherwise, we lose. Enjoy!

Y'know what? For a next GD Update, instead of just adding Versus Mode, Rob should replace it by calling it "Multiplayer" so that when we go in it it'll open a tab to either play Co-op levels, or play Versus Mode. That could be a really fun idea!
But sabotaging other players to not gain moons which makes Multi-player less fun😢

What about 2-player mode? There were multiplayer levels before 2.2

This is an amazing video! With platformer it feels like the cubes were brought to life with your voices :D
This is actually technically possible. You can have an app like Parsec to have 2 people on 1 system, and use Dual and 2 Player to have 2 players in platformer. One with WASD, Other with arrow keys. For having different icons, I don't think it is possible yet, but there might be a mod for having a secondary 2-player icon. Unfortunately, That doesn't exist in 2.2 just yet, and would probably require Megahack, which is payed software.
Edit: If a mod doesn't release for 2 icons in dual, I may try and figure out how to code it myself.

There's a geode mod called globed that's a multiplayer mod and also second dual icon isn't as easy to make as it sounds
Or just play on mobile for 2 player gp

there was a mod in 2.1 for separate icons, though it hasnt been ported to 2.2 yet i think

i think this was recorded separately and put together because you never see them actually get close to eachother. still a cool video
Us not getting close to each other for a lot of the video was entirely coincidental! Fortunately, there are some parts in the video where we’re within 1 block of each other. We also recorded this live, at the same time, on call. Certainly not separately. But we did use some video editing to achieve the effect. But aside from that, this is pretty close to how I imagine multiplayer will play if it ever gets added. We had a lot of fun getting a feel for how it would play. 🙌
