Daphne Kallianiotis go vegetarian first if you're having a hard time! That helped me a ton to get rid of the meat! Watch a lot of "what I eat in a day vegan" videos! Learn recipes before you go full vegan that way you're not just snacking all day long, because we want those whole nutritious meals! Good luck 💕

Trust me, learning and getting a better understanding about the world will really help motivate you and lock down your goals. Food Inc. (for knowledge about animal suffering), Cowspiricy (for knowledge about the environment), and Forks Over Knives (for knowledge about personal health) are all amazing and each one covers a different main topic.
