Cant say I ever cared much for this comic strip, but I gotta admit the voice acting by Butler & Messick really makes this thing worth watching--Sounds like it was ad-libbed in parts! ...The Fat Broad shouldve been voiced by a woman tho'. June Foray wouldve been an obvious good choice. Aw hell, while were at it, how bout that background music? Its so wannabe Vince Guaraldi!
It should. Director Abe Levitow was Chuck Jones' head animator in the 50s. Jones mentioned that he and Abe drew alike and several scenes resembled Jones' animation styles.
