Better not be the last album!!!
These guys absolutely blew me away live, I was a fan anyway but the live performance was fucking amazing, One of the best live sets ive seen in the last 5 years.
The Angel In The Marble is their magnum opus song.
Agreed
Death Nonetheless is my favorite song on the album simply because Iâve been in that head space many times before, and Iâve had many of those same thoughts about life, and my life specifically. Hits hard every time I listen to it.
Love these kind of videos. It's always interesting to know the background of a song
Glad you enjoyed the chat! Always great to get the full context and perspective of the music we come to know and love
its like if the greatest mistake of my life was faster its not better or worst its just different an always the melodies are so good this is just so good
Love this... thanks to Lucas for a very in depth chat, it makes great video and radio content
i just want to sit and have a conversation with lucas
I love this album, but I recently went track by track with the lyrics up (well, the ones I didn't already know by heart) and man...This album is relentlessly depressing with only the final track really trying to end on a positive note. As somebody who has been struggling with severe depression and multiple attempts in the past 3 years, a lot of it was surprisingly relatable, but not in a "oh I'm sad, I want to die" surface level kind of way.
I had no idea Lucas was dealing with that stuff, makes me want to just give the bloke a hug, almost all of these songs are heartbreakingly sad.
