Sorry to be that guy but as a youth gymnast, this is a front flip dive roll, not a double front. Good tutorial though and nice keyframes! I love the anticipation in the jump no exaggerated stretch or squash but the keys get all the key compression and extension of the natural body to give a good feel of a solid human form in complex motion!
