Episode 6: A Slow Snowy Day in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Snow. Red Chile. Green Chile. SPICY.
When we arrived in Santa Fe, it was snowing, which made for a perfect low-key day. We were excited to try the New Mexican cuisine and it was time to do our laundry, as it was day 9 of our roadtrip.
We were recommended to try The Shed by our KOA neighbors. The Shed had a 3.5 hour wait so we decided to skip the wait and order takeout to eat in our van, Juneau. The food was delicious and spicy. We also learned about "Christmas" style, which combines the red and green sauces.
