I also have cracked KPMG(workday consultant) and given almost 10+ interviews and the legacy of being undefeated in an interview. I had approx 1 year of experience.
We can't generalize it but yeah during the starting days, you might have to work more in order to get a hold of everything. But at the end it all depends upon your team, your manager, the importance and urgency of the project. Anyways KPMG is a great company to work at.
My only problem in my 4 year college time was that I was adamant to clear GATE EE exam & getting a PSU. Wasted 2 years of my crucial time, couldn't get a good rank, now looking for (off-campus) jobs in the IT sector with 2 years gap in my resume. It's literally a nihgtmare
Try to master some skill like webdevelopment , Data analysis or Android development...and apply for startups in LINKEDIN ,ANGEL.CO and MYFUTURE APP if your skills are good you will get a job.. For tech interview, if i am from electronics & computer sc, will they ask from both domains?
Mostly they will ask fundamental questions from CS, but you can also expect some basic Electronics questions since you have studied both.
Will KPMG (KGS) consider our location preference?
Yes they do, But still its not 100% assured , alot depends on Business Requirement
