Anyone, and I do mean anyone, who thinks bad Chad is a grinder, and not a welder has never ever rebuilt a car. Some welds such as structural steel are meant to be seen and them welds need to look perfect, however, when you’re doing sheet-metal work like this, you have got to grind the welds smooth no matter who you are. How do I know this you ask? Because I’ve been a certified welder for most of my life, and that includes welding on nuclear power plants, and coal power plants, which are high steam pressure and need to be x-rayed after the welds are done. I also weld Anything and everything such as cars. So that’s how I know !!! Keep up the great work bad Chad and queen Jolene !!! Thank you for taking us with you again !! ✌🏼😎💥 no🥇🥇🥇

I worked at an old gas/oil power station, witnessed contract welders inch by inch replace the bottom 3ft of the 200ft chimney stacks, took weeks as x-rays required every day.
Chad is a true one of a kind fabricator. It is totally amazing how he just looks and moves to his next idea on the fly. To do this live in front of a crowd of people is totally rare and not done buy any other on the channel. Jolene your video work is just as amazing. You guys are a once in a life time team. This really improved the looks of the Plymouth and made it look like a true hotrod.
if you do another live chop you should use a big screen tv so the audience could watch what Jolene is doing a great job filming and safely see whats going on. Chop is looking great.

I'm sure Kenny likes the chop on his car. He gets it done by Bad Chad and basically at no cost. Queen Jolene got it all on camera. Great job by everyone involved to make this happen.

If anyone watching what Chad did welding and grinding especially grinding and using the cut off wheel he is a professor, at what he does. You out there watching if you ever think that is easy try it once just on scrap metal it is almost impossible to recreate what he does. I work on my own car project and am not a professional but have been a 50 plus year mechanic using power tools all my life and am not able in the least able to get the outcome anywhere close to Chad's able Bravo Chad hats off to Jolene as well 👏 🙌 😀 😎 ❤ 👍!!!!!!
We all have different skill levels. I think if we are happy with what we are doing it can be labeled as a job well done.

Chad is very entertaining. I bet he could’ve been in the movies if he wanted to. I agree it’s the little details that are the hard part. Shorten windshield wipers, glass and frames, etc etc.

That was a great job on how to. Chop a top and get it all lined up to. It looks easy. But its hard to line everthing all up right. But you showed the best way to do it. Its great. Thanks for doing this. I like the way with the coat hanger on filling holes up. You gave me a idea now on a ford 8n tractor im doing body work on for a friend. Im fixing his tractor for him. Doing body work and geting it running for him. All new wires and this helped me out. Thanks for the tip. I love your channel. Thanks from a retired Army veteren.
I can't believe how fast Chad does this. Literally 3 hours to chop a car, and complete all the hardest work. I realise there is finishing to be done. Amazing. I couldn't imagine anyone doing it quicker to that level of quality.

It would be nice if Kenny could tell us a little bit about the car. If it’s an older build it might be a 283 w/pg. Just little details like that, ie., did Ken buy it, was it in the family?, when was it built, a little history, etc. etc

DeWalt missed an advertising opportunity. They should have supplied the grinders and saws all knowing that's what Chad uses at home. Lincoln was on their game.
except he removes the disc guards making the grinder unsafe in terms of work safety.
Many severe accidents have ocurred with disc shields removed so not a good look for promoting the brand in this scenario
@@krh007 I know its high risk I can tell you through experience that the guard is a hindrance in doing that type of work, just got to be extra careful

I gotta say, Chad's got bigun's. I'd be afraid to feather the edges with a grinder the way he does. I'd end up with all kinds of chunks missing, and holes and such. He does that without a thought, and I've yet to see him screw one up. Dude is a legend. Jolene just keeps getting better. Keep up the good work you too!!
