Thank you very much for showing this! I know it's some months ago, but it helped me very much. even with instructions, I could not get the hand held to work very well. The pause button needed to be pushed harder to let the flow through.

I have this same model shower head and the push button on the handheld part that changes the spray pattern broke. Called Delta and they replaced entire shower head under warranty. Now this 2nd shower head has also had the spray selector button break. I think it is a bad design and will probably go back to a Waterpik. I really wanted to like this shower head but the same part keeps breaking and then you can’t change the spray pattern on the hand held part of the shower head.

Good video! My husband just purchased and installed this shower head and I HATE IT!!! No pressure and when the person before you changes the spray pattern you have to mess with it until you get it the way you like it.

I took out the water saver and now I got perfect pressure and I love the fact the hose is superlong I think you could also drill it out to make the whole bigger if that makes any sense

How is it holding up after a few years? Is the plastic switch still good?

I'm so glad someone asked!! It snapped off last month. I kind of moved it in a way it wasn't meant to, and it just snapped off, but other than that it was holding up so well!!!
