For me bowlers like Asif and Gillespie were more lethal than Mcgrath or Del stain bcz they pitched closer to stumps getting odd bounce with both side movement.. Missed him 😤

@@mbilal8692 I have never seen a bowler like him. There isn't even a copy of him. Same wrist action but in-out swingers .. no yorkers, no bouncers. Just bowl-outs and exposure. Getting out by asif was not as bad as being exposed. That is what he used to do, expose batsmen and he has bowled out some of the best batsmen ever.
I wish may Asif make a comeback, Alas! He wouldn't have done spot fixing, its a tremendous loss for Pakistan.

His Analysis on Kholi is appearing spot on till today as indeed Kholi is struggling to regain form since more than couple of years.
That was the thing I was discussing with my friends that Asif predicted about Kohli proved right indicating that his experience was too good
But the thing is kohli still scores runs in his poor form.. A lot of batsman will happily accept that poor run of form for themselves.

Shoaib Akhtar once said, Asif would be the greatest of all time if he played till end. Because he's got natural skills of swing in and out. But unfortunately he missed when he was top of his career. At that time he destroyed mighty Australian's (including Gilchrist,ponting, hussey, Hayden etc) and England.
For me he’s the greatest of all time. No regrets.

From the first time during 2007 t20 world cup i an convinced he is the best bowler from the sub continent ever. Master of controlled swing and seam at pace was brilliant to watch. He was also smart in reading the batsman and luring him to make mistakes.

Although we need him for this world cup but in the long run if such players never get the chance to play for the country then we wont have more cases of match fixers. We all know what happened, so I’m not even going to mention it, but it’s safe to say he was the most gifted bowler Pakistan produced of recent times. Absolute sniper in the run up.
During his realtively short lived career spanning 6-7 years, he has had more cricketing moments and legendary moments than the legends whose career gamut was 15-20 years, which makes him the best swing bowler ever.
It's a real shame how his career ended. As much as we love to see him and his bowling, everytime we see him it breaks our hearts a little.
Ball should speak is rightly said only a genius can tell such a thing because of how much of effort he has put in over a long period of time. Hope we find a pair of genuine fast bowlers like him and mohd Amir from my hyderabad, india. It's a treat to watch fast bowlers in full flow.

@@arpit.sharma but how he got out on 79 ..see kohli is a bottam handed player and has a intial adjustment / trigger movement once he is comitted to a shot he can't unplay it .... And also he lacks back foot punches , square cut and also some innovative shots like sachin developed in latter part of innings with injuries and prolonged his career

Kohli once again comitted himself on front foot and the ball was pitched a bit short jabbed of the surface and seamed out ...kohli just nicked it as he was already comitted and since he don't have any good backfoot shots he nicked it ...that's what it is ..kohli is an unbelievable player to have these many runs without good classical technique
