    I've had the Speedway 5 for a month now, bought it from them. Customer service is top notch! However, 2nd day I rode the scooter, controller broke down. They sent me a replacement controller a week after. Then used it casually for almost 3 weeks, the controller broke down again this morning. No other issues I've found since owning the Speedway 5 except for the controller.

    The rear wheel in the video (8:28) is rotating clockwise, which is in reverse. So when you have put all the wiring back in its place and test it, you'll find the rear wheel locking up as it is going against forward rotation. It should be rotating anti-clockwise.

    Hi. The cable of my scooter's charging port got torn. I connected it through the soldier iron. I connected the cable 1 from cable 3, 2 is empty. So, now when I put it on charging it shows fully charged in about some time. But when I drive it, it battery discharged very quickly. I can't drive it.

    Hi there I have the Emove touring kind of similar to this, what I want to ask you is the 4 bolts under the deck you said for the motor controller well can you take those 4 out? As in do you need them. I only ask because 2 of mine were cross threaded when I tried tightening them up so i just left those out and my thinking is they can be air vents to cool the battery/motor down or am I barking mad?

    • @RabidIRL
      @RabidIRL Před 3 lety

      The bottom bolts on the underside are what hold the entire front end and folding mechanism together. Either replace the part or find someone who knows how to repair threads/drill and tap new ones.

    • @thew4rrior5code
      @thew4rrior5code Před 3 lety

      RabidIRL problem is one of the holes that wasn't tightening up when you look down the hole it looks like part of the controller is over the hole blocking the whole bolt getting through to tighten fully.

      RabidIRL yes there's 4 bolts under my deck on yours there's like 6 I don't know if they're both doing the same thing on both our scooters? Anyway I've ridden with all 4 off nothing happened but I have since put 2 bolts back in. I can get a 3rd in albeit a different sized bolt but it looks stupid having 3 in with 1 missing so to make it look symmetrical I kept the back 2 in

    • @RabidIRL
      @RabidIRL Před 3 lety

      @@thew4rrior5codethat doesn't change the functionality of the bolts. The larger scooter has more, logical. If you keep it that way, eventually it will fail. If you get hurt, that's not my fault. Do with the knowledge what you want, but I suggest contacting Voro about it.

    Hi, I have a speedway 5, my rear motor is working, but my front motor just kinda gets stuck/shakes but doesn’t move, also it has some resistance even if ur just pushing the scooter (this is all in dual motors mode) is it a controller problem ? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

    • @jaylee2592

      Likely the controller, I just received my SW5 on Friday and it had a similar problem. Front motor has no power, but you will feel intermittent resistance when turned by hand. After testing and diagnosis (swap front motor phase wires with rear, front motor works), I spoke with my vendor and they are drop shipping a new controller to me this week.

    • @MiniMotorsUSA
      @MiniMotorsUSA  Před 5 lety +1

      All the resistors are changed to new ones on all replacement controllers so it shouldn't happen again. We use 3 - 201 resistors to replace the single 680 on each side of the controllers.

      Ended up having to get a refund. Your vendor Ewheels swapped out the controller and shipped it back to me with bent disc brakes and a handle bar that wouldn't lock in place, very dangerous. This problem is often found on the speedway 5. I had the same problem. The problem is a weak resistor. It burns out and one motor stops working. It is enough to replace it with a more powerful one, for example 2Watts. And do not have to change the entire controller. Repair is very cheap. Change on both controllers at once

    When I drive with My Speesway Leger, it brakes suddenly, "honestly it's really scary", the display always stays on during the problem and when I accelerate again nothing happens and when I want to push it, the motor wheel locks , can't push it I have to turn it off for a second or two and when I turn it back on the motor wheel unlocks and I can ride for a short while and again the same scenario, can you help me to solve this problem, one more thing, I unplugged all the wires (connectors) that are connected to the controller and now I can't reconnect them because I don't know which wire (connectors) was connected with which wire (connector), the stupidity that I did was not to take a note, I beg you kindly send me a diagram or a tutorial or the like, so that I can correctly reconnect all the wires (connectors) because I don't want to burn the controller, in trying to reconnect all the wires (connectors) anyhow.
    Here is my email address: gabymellul@hotmail.com
