Fry screaming is easy to do with practice, but high-pitched fry screaming is different and much harder. For example, Oliver Sykes and Eddie Berg excel at it.
This one and Seeing Red are harsh to perform live, I would go with older songs like Nihilist or Modern Misery, or newer like Tear Gas, they hit more live I think.
