Regardless I follow you on Facebook and I love everything about you. Losing a breast just when I turned 40 and having no flesh rebuilt on my right side (i wear prosthesis)and losing all the eyelashes, I still carry myself with a smile that nothing can ruin. I am going through an almost similar emotional situation as yours and my biggest blessings are my two kids. Ijust have only them as my own in this world. The last pair is so very pretty. I love magnetic lashes but hated the magnetic liner because it is so hard to remove and irritated my skin. So happy to find out about these types of magnetic lashes! Thank you for such an informative video 🤩
So glad the lash extensions are in the rearview mirror. I have yet to see anyone look natural with them and they always went through that awkward period when they got patchy before a fill. Seemed super difficult to apply makeup and clean around too.The magnetic lashes really look amazing on you!
Super fun demo and informative! I too did not enjoy the eyeliner strip application. I will definitely give one of the two wing styles a go around. Currently I have been wearing the Lilac Street style lashes and they have been easy to master and last about three to four days before I need a touch up or remove all together. These are so much gentler than the salon extensions….thank you for the tutorial and have a wonderful rest of the day and week!❤️
This is great! I have gotten used to buying beautiful false eye lashes from Ali Express. They’re very affordable! About $2+ per pair. Some come in 3 pairs per box. So I buy 10 boxes at a time for about $26. Incredible and last a long time. They are not magnetic but strip lashes. I also want to say, you are beautiful!! With or without lashes!! I love your new hair also!! You are truly an inspiration in every way Dominque!!🥰

It is really easy if you use the liner, some people don't like the liner and magnetic lashes. But I do; it's so easy. I have a You Tube channel and I will show you; subscribe to my channel. I will do it this Sat.
You need to try Glamnetic or Moxie Lash with the magnetic liner and lashes. So easy to put on and take off. Go to their channels and watch how to put them on. So easy. I love mine.
Well done, Dominique! another SUPER lovely option that is super simple, is the KISS Falscara lashes! You just apply the "glue" just like you're applying mascara and place the cluster of lashes underneath the lash line!

Hi Dominique! Love this tutorial on magnetics. For the last 4 years I’ve been on a journey about what to do about my eyelashes. Due to illness I lost a lot of hair and lashes. As they grew back slowly I tried extensions. Loved them and they served a purpose. After my eyelashes finally grew in I found I was not finding a mascara that really did the job for my lashes. Then I discovered magnetics. Hallelujah! I did the eyeliner products from Moxie Lash (expensive) & Kiss (affordable). Both great products. But I agree with you that the line is too thick but I loved having lashes.too bad they don’t have a clear liquid. I then tried the over/.under but was not good at it. But I find your tutorial inspiring and I look forward to trying them again. Thank you 💋

I am 59 and brand new to the magnetic false lash, your video was very helpful. Loved your tips. Also, I thought the partial 3/4 lash look that gave more of a cat eye...but it also had a visual effect of lifting your eyes and face. My opinion - the full were nice- but based on how the partial looked on you I think being a beginner and older I need all the lift I can get. Thank you so much for the video

Greetings and blessings from Costa Rica! I have a suggestion of 2 topics that I think could be of great help for us. One around mascaras, it could be drug store vs high end like your foundation one… I personally have huge eyelashes and I am drawn to make the most of the natural ones with great mascaras. The other topic is also associated to eyelashes but with care routine as to what products can moisturize/improve the health of your eyelashes. Hoping these topics can become content for the future. I’ve been trying magnetic eyelashes for a while but it’s so hard when you have to take your glasses off and can’t see. I’ve lost the eyelashes before but ended up with a very impressive moustache 😂

Interesting about the magnetic lashes "eyeliner". I have an extreme allergy to acrylates, which are essentially a type of glue. So when you say you find the liner irritating, you may also be reacting to acrylates. Same issue with Shellac or dip powder manicures. They all contain acrylates, as do lash extensions. Your eyes may be giving you an advance warning that exposure to acrylates might not be healthy for you. I hope this is helpful. Keep well!

Love this tutorial! I thought I was the only one using my fingers instead of the applicator. I am not familiar with all of the brands you showcased today, but I am a fan of the Ardell Wispies (001). They are light, and very natural looking but have 3 magnets. They are not full lash but create a very nice natural cat eye for every day.

My daughter had her lashes recently semi-perm curled and tinted. The result was it looked like lash extensions-fabulous. Your lashes look great in your opening pre-application of lashes. I have tried the magnetic and I just cannot get the hang of it! You make it looks so easy- I will keep trying! You keep inspiring us to not give up- on anything.
That's a lash lift. It's a great option (especially for women of a certain age) because as our eyelids droop, it makes our lashes look straight. But with the curl, it adds a youthful look. It lasts about 6-8 weeks depending on how fast your lashes grow. It's my favorite lash option. Mascara looks incredible on lifted lashes!
Dominique I started wearing lashes because of you!! I love your channel. As a young woman I had thick gorgeous lashes that I often were asked if they were real. After going thru a hysterectomy in 1999 at 44 yrs old, my lashes and hair thinned out. Your channel gives me the courage after losing the love of my life ( he passed 11-01-02 ) to once again do things I would have never done. Thx so much.

Thank you for the information/instructions. I find this very interesting; however, I love my extensions. I have never found a mascara that is comfortable for me to wear. I appreciate why extensions don’t work for your individual lifestyle and posts. I think the biggest most important factor for extensions is the skill of the esthetician you use. Mine is an artist and even more importantly she listens to what I want. I’m 70 years old. I really don’t want to look like I’m trying to be a sexy 25 year old. My esthetician understands this. It’s great there’s room in the world for many points of view. ❤️

I am 59 and brand new to the magnetic false lash, your video was very helpful. Loved your tips. Also, I thought the partial 3/4 lash look that gave more of a cat eye...but it also had a visual effect of lifting your eyes and face. My opinion - the full were nice- but based on how the partial looked on you I think being a beginner and older I need all the lift I can get. Thank you so much for the video

Wow. All great looks! I guess I’ll give them another go. I’m sure there’s a learning curve. I couldn’t get my magnets to line up. I like the idea of not messing with glue. Glad to see you’re feeling better this week. A good lesson that it gets dark some days, but eventually the sun makes an appearance. Nothing is permanent.

Greetings and blessings from Costa Rica! I have a suggestion of 2 topics that I think could be of great help for us. One around mascaras, it could be drug store vs high end like your foundation one… I personally have huge eyelashes and I am drawn to make the most of the natural ones with great mascaras. The other topic is also associated to eyelashes but with care routine as to what products can moisturize/improve the health of your eyelashes. Hoping these topics can become content for the future. I’ve been trying magnetic eyelashes for a while but it’s so hard when you have to take your glasses off and can’t see. I’ve lost the eyelashes before but ended up with a very impressive moustache 😂

Interesting about the magnetic lashes "eyeliner". I have an extreme allergy to acrylates, which are essentially a type of glue. So when you say you find the liner irritating, you may also be reacting to acrylates. Same issue with Shellac or dip powder manicures. They all contain acrylates, as do lash extensions. Your eyes may be giving you an advance warning that exposure to acrylates might not be healthy for you. I hope this is helpful. Keep well!
First off, you are simply gorgeous in short hair. I love the color and cut- stunning! I am so ready for this video as I am terrible at this but I will practice. I don't know if anyone has said to you, thanks posting great content and for shouldering some of the "not so nice" comments. But now that I’m pushing 70, it’s sometimes inconvenient to use mascara (and an eyelash curler) every day. You’ve given me the courage to try magnetic lashes. Love this tutorial! I thought I was the only one using my fingers instead of the applicator. I am not familiar with all of the brands you showcased today, but I am a fan of the Ardell Wispies (001). They are light, and very natural looking but have 3 magnets. They are not full lash but create a very nice natural cat eye for every day.

My daughter had her lashes recently semi-perm curled and tinted. The result was it looked like lash extensions-fabulous. Your lashes look great in your opening pre-application of lashes. I have tried the magnetic and I just cannot get the hang of it! You make it looks so easy- I will keep trying! You keep inspiring us to not give up- on anything.
That's a lash lift. It's a great option (especially for women of a certain age) because as our eyelids droop, it makes our lashes look straight. But with the curl, it adds a youthful look. It lasts about 6-8 weeks depending on how fast your lashes grow. It's my favorite lash option. Mascara looks incredible on lifted lashes!

Dominique I started wearing lashes because of you!! I love your channel. As a young woman I had thick gorgeous lashes that I often were asked if they were real. After going thru a hysterectomy in 1999 at 44 yrs old, my lashes and hair thinned out.
Your channel gives me the courage after losing the love of my life ( he passed 11-01-02 ) to once again do things I would have never done. Thx so much.

Great tutorial! I like the idea of magnets! I don't have the patience for the up keep of extensions, and I really don't want to mess with glue and who knows what is in that magnetic eyeliner!! I think with holiday season coming I will give them a try! Thanks as always!

Thank you for the information/instructions. I find this very interesting; however, I love my extensions. I have never found a mascara that is comfortable for me to wear. I appreciate why extensions don’t work for your individual lifestyle and posts. I think the biggest most important factor for extensions is the skill of the esthetician you use. Mine is an artist and even more importantly she listens to what I want. I’m 70 years old. I really don’t want to look like I’m trying to be a sexy 25 year old. My esthetician understands this. It’s great there’s room in the world for many points of view. ❤️
