They should start by introducing a Lieutenant spot. Under captains but in the running to be a captain at some point. Gives more possibilities to rank up or de rank within the crew.
Marty, Sakura and bubbles would be good for being a lieutenant for the moment.

@@ericxir Exactly. Dons want Captains who control sections of bought-in people and report their group's finances. In this way, Cypress as a whole is more organized. If Albuneral boys do not have a Captain reporting to Dons and have a problem with Dons picking then they should leave the crew, leave Cypress, find a turf to hold down, and become their own gang Lol.
