I had a felonious assault an discharging a firearm in city limits I did 30 days lack of evidence and the victim did not come to court made them dismiss it…people gotta learn the system I thought the state would pick up the case but it was dismissed from looking at 3-7 years to doing 30 days💪🏾
They offer u high then within like a year of it they will come back with another deal like 1 probation and the rest of ur time know parole,sum times if u play like u need help they will make u do the rest of probation and the they will put u ina program while ur on probation

I was at this dude house where my uncle sold drugs or either had the dude selling. My uncle borrowed my car to go take a shower but fell asleep. Later that night the cops bust in. Dude showed them where the drugs were. They took us both. On trial, the dude told the jury and DA that the drugs were my uncles. The jury still came back and found me guilty of possession, which was a lesser charge than the original. Dude basically told them who drugs they were and they still found me guilty. My lawyer was so good, the jury, while on break was asking him for his business cards (which he told me was illegal). He thought they was going to come back not guilty. That was some bullshit.
