I’m working at a call centre right now for the public healthcare helpline and the amount of worried people on the phone is extreme. From what I’ve been advised, only isolate yourself if you’ve come into contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus or if you’ve recently travelled to the category 1 countries in the past 14 days. The main symptoms are shortness of breath, aggressive cough and a high temperature. Treat your symptoms as you would any flu but don’t panic because the risk of contracting the virus is very low. You’d have to be within less than 2 metres with 15 minutes of contact with a confirmed coronavirus patient to actually be infected. Personal hygiene is key and most of all don’t panic!!!

Just think how much better our world will be with people just ‘washing their hands’. I expect there will be less germs spread in general. Amazing that we have to remind people to practice the basics. I’ve got some books and my kindle and I’m planning a nice ‘staycation’ at home for a while. Sorry if you work outside the home and cannot do this. May all be well.
All people need to do is use their intelligence, common sense, practice great hygiene and bundle up. Eat healthy, meditate and remain at peace. Man has created all the chaos of the Earth. All viruses and diseases are man made. They are making lots of money with all the panic. Panic does not help anyone in any situation.
