The intro features Bernard Herrmann's Prelude (From Hitchcock's 1958 film, Vertigo). The intro and outro were my favorite parts of the music video. Too bad that fabulous coda was not included on the album version.

The skeleton guy, Rick Genest in the video actually had all that tattooed in real life. Unfortunately he died in 2018. RIP

Some curious facts about this is that the makeup for Angelina Jolie in Maleficent (Live Action) was inspired in this one by Lady Gaga.
Other thing is that Monster High actually released a doll of her skeleton character in this video called "Zomby Gaga' on 2016.
And at the last part of the video we can see a Pink triangle. In Nazi Germany, a downward-pointing pink triangle was sewn onto the shirts of gay men in concentration camps to identify and further dehumanize them.
So this equilateral triangle in the video is a sign of proud and courage for LGBTQ+ community.

This doesn't get recommended too often and I believe is one of Gaga's more underrated performances. She performed You & I at the VMAs as a dude and was in character the whole show (she was the host too). You should definitely give it a go!

That guy with the brain on top of his head is Zombie Boy, or Rick Genest. A guy from Montreal. He had tattoos all over his body. He died in 2018 from a fall from a friend's balcony sadly.
