I add pure aloe vera. Either extract it yourself or buy 99% pure aloe vera gel. Make sure it is 99% pure. It should be clear not green and make sure aloe is the first ingredient, no added water because then its diluted. The only reason it is not 100% pure is because they put a couple ingredients that help preserve it otherwise it wouldn't be good after a few days.

It's not suggested at all..
The best way to apply this remedy is about to spray with water your hair, and than apply the oil and cover it for a maximum time of 2 hours..
Otherwise you'll get your hair dried because of the oil that start to pull of the water particel out of your hair..
