- Enjoy these delicious homemade flaky, buttery ghana tuna pies :)

INGREDIENTS :
* 500g Plain Flour
* 250g Unsalted Butter
* 1 Tbsp Salt
* 1 1/2 Tsp Grated Nutmeg
* Onion Puree (Blend 1/2 Medium Onion with 60ml water)
* 1 Egg (For egg wash)
INGREDIENTS FOR PIE FILING:
* 1Tbsp Oil
* 1/2 Diced Onions
* 3 Tinned Tuna (drain water or oil)
* 1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
* 1/4 Tsp Aromat Seasoning
* 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
* 1/4 Tsp White Pepper

OVEN TEMPERATURES:
200 Degrees / Gas Mark 6 / 400 Fahrenheit

Meat pie crust it's my best part in a meat pie if the crust is not well prepared than the meat pie is not going to be tasty... the outcome of your meat pie is beautifully and shiny 👌😊

I wrapped the pie dough in cling foil and left in the fridge overnight what I normally used to do with a different recipe and it was fine some time after I took it out of it. This one is hard as a rock and I dont understand why. Is it because of puree onion? Does it mean this dough cant be prepared in advance?
Can i use same season for conned beef if want to?
I probably wouldn't because corned beef can be salty.
