A Long Day of Railfanning and a Chase of NS 8105

After Church one Sunday I headed out to the Atlanta North District. We were out looking for NS 8105 leading NS 188. We went to CP Green and caught 2 NBs and one of them had 1071. After getting it we headed north a little bit trying to chase the train with 1071 but it ended up getting in front of us. 8105 then came past and we chased it north. We chased it for over 80 miles and only got it 3 times due to traffic. After it passed for the 3rd time we went on the W&A and got two CSX trains. When it got dark we headed back home. Hi there! I have a short/quick video of a weird orange engine I saw crossing Hill St. into the yard in Griffin, Georgia & I was wondering if you could help me identify? Someone said it might be a rail repair engine? If I had the correct name/function I might could look it up :)
