I love Laura because I grew up watching her at 70s show. Kinda nostalgic every time I see her poppin here and there. Number 34 on my bucket list is to scream, from afar, "Hello Wisconsiiiiiin!" to laura. Someday.... someday.
I am so glad I came across your channel! You are one of the few celebrities that seem so down to earth and relatable.😊 I also love blueberries. If you take washed, dried blueberries and pop them into the freezer it is way wonderful cold snack that you can have in place of ice-cream.

i tried the lettuce wraps and it is life changing. i make pretty great chicken (following your chicken recipe) adding lemon juice to cook the chicken with. i used red gem ice berg lettuce and added hummus, a carrot stick, a thin wedge of cheddar cheese and my lemon chicken. it is incredible!
You could see her face light up when she talked about her mom. ♥️ How sweet

I never would have thought to put cinnamon on my apples. I'm a huge sweet tooth.. and sometimes eating clean is hard.. But apple and cinnamon really hits the spot! Definitely recommend to anyone craving something sweet but trying to stay on track & lose a few lbs!!

Wow! These are actually all the exact things I eat almost daily. Love the little boat idea; I usually just eat rolled up deli meat and some cheese but the lettuce probably helps make the food more satiating so I'll def have to try it out! Plus they are so cute!!!

I usually always take a sandwich to work for my lunch but after watching this I’m really keen on trying the wee lettuce boats, can’t believe I’ve never thought of that before !

I actually do this for snacks/lunch, I usually use romain lettuce plus carrot sticks, and cold cuts/grilled pork or chicken. Quick, easy, and yummy. The cinnamon apples look good! Thank for the awesome ideas, Laura! Will definitely try em out.

Wow! I never knew that romaine wouldn't wilt like some greens do. You just removed my obstacle to adopting this idea. Thank you!! To trade a tip with you... One of my typical quickie snacks is 7 sriracha almonds with 4 cubes of cheese, either a sharp cheddar or colby jack. The 7 sriracha almonds is 43 calories total. Not sure of calorie count on cubes of cheese, but this quick snack satiates my hunger without a big hit to my calorie count for the day. I just remember that it's a snack, not a meal. And I usually need to drink a bunch of water as well because I'm a wimp to anything remotely spicy. So between the water and the snack, I'm full. Thanks for the great ideas! Love the videos!

WOW! those are some of the snacks that I made when I was in college! Other snacks that I would recommend:
carrots, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber with hummus
peanut butter, banana, blueberry, and chia seed smoothie
walnuts, strawberries, and dark chocolate Hershey Nuggets
steamed edamame with garlic, red pepper flakes, and pinch of soy sauce
