Today we will show you 2 ways of making your own, delicious and cheap french fries at your home kitchen. Just follow our easy to make recipe and dip your french fries in chipotle and parsley garlic mayonnaise.

Double Fried Fries:
1st frying run 5-6 minutes 320F / 160C / mid-heat
2nd frying run 2-3 minutes 350F / 176C / mid-rapid heat
Preboiled Fries:
Boil only until boil - strain and cool off
Frying 5-6 minutes 350F / 176C / mid-rapid heat
ATTENTION:
Fill your pot with oil, just in half, never more!
Carefully dry off all execs water before putting em into hot oil!
Handle everything tremendously cautiously, you can hurt yourself.

Yes, it is expensive. My father was a Wholesale Grocery that sold to restaurants when I was a kid. I've been cooking since I was 5yrs old. So Dad would bring me home peanut oil to fry with! My best memories were riding with Dad to deliver food & supplies to restaurants. Dad was so loved we were always fed great food! My Dad's mother was a cook her whole life & she taught me at a young age. I'm 62 now!🙄🤣🤣🤣But I never lost my passion. Chef Koudy YOU truly inspire me!😘🥰❤❤❤
