I have two Kanken minis. I have the dark gray and the peachy pink. I love mine as well. I do not think that they look childish at all. I use mine as an every day purse. I love a backpack style purse 😊 I have some similar things in my bag as well: pouch for small personal items, wallet, lip balm, and keys.

The colour thing is a struggle. I wanted a bright one, but they’re so expensive that I knew I would probably never own a second one, so I got a classic in “royal blue”. It’s straight up navy. 😂 I really like it, but I’d get a yellow, green and red one too, if I could. They’re just so useable.
I'm not sure where you live but they're always on Marketplace here. Maybe check that out for your secondary bag(s). :) Just check out a few videos on how to tell a knock off first.
Thanks for your honest review. I was in the color choice dilemma and eventually get the navy one for the sling. Bright color seems have dye transfer or dirt prone by the online reviews. i kinda feel it not that mature but would like to get a bright color later then for casual purpose.
It’s surprising not sore! I thought it would be awful and thought I would need to buy the pads but I’ve had my standard sized bag for a few years and haven’t never needed the padded straps. However, if the bag is really heavy, it will dig into your bra straps (if you have’m).

Hey, you could always keep an eye out for one on thrifted websites! I got mine on ebay for a lot cheaper and it was in great condition!
