Note- CFD merit for SE will be much lower compared to CS and AI. The order may be like this CS > AI > SE
Karachi DS Merit will be lower and it can be around 60 instead. CYB Merit will be greater than DS and similarly CS>SE>AI>CYB. This sequence will be followed.

Admission in MS Ling is not that difficult. Just concentrate on your communication skills and your field of interest. Just ready to answer questions Based on your interests like literature or poetry etc

Wasalam, No chance in CS at all.
You have to submit application once result is announced.
They will not automatically assign you another program rather you have to apply.

You said that we can transfer from one program to another if we reappear in the entry test and achieve marks according to merit next year . I have a question that for example if I start my university with EE program and next year i get transfer to CS program after appearing in entry test . Will I start the university from the 1st year again or will they take me in 2nd year for CS program ?
Why 1st year, you will continue from 2nd year means 3rd semester but you have to cover missing courses of CS for 1st year if any in parallel to the 3rd semester

Of course, you will get an email for 1st preference but you can switch to SE whenever you want

Important Announcement:
Once the Result will be announced on 23rd July, the Offer Letter must be dispatched and emailed according to your 1st Preference.
To switch to your 2nd or 3rd Preference or Campus, you have to write Application via email to the Concerned Campus and Application will be entertained on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
Note: No need to visit the campus physically

@@mianahmed8075 same for whole computing. Sirf CE ka like electrical Engineering hoga, SE is computing degree not engineering degree.
