TUTORIAL: Remembering that this method is available when your computer can still boot the system correctly. Being able to resolve most system issues will be no different than a clean installation of Windows 10 via an installation CD. Now go to Start, Settings, Update & security, and Recovery. Under Reset your PC, tap Get started now and click one of the Keep my files or Remove everything options, depending on whether you want to keep your data files intact. Either way, all your settings will return to their defaults and the apps will be uninstalled. After the process, a window will appear informing you that your applications will be removed. Click Next to continue, in the Ready to reset this PC interface, click the Reset button to reinstall Windows 11.

Reparar o sistema é assim mesmo, quando o sistema encontra algum erro, ele NÃO fazer o reparo, ai você tem que tentar fazer as outras opções de inicialização avançadas disponíveis na tela azul. Tenho todos os vídeos no canal, assista que você aprende e consegue fazer.
