- Many people as me “How did you become a millionaire?" & "How did you make your first million in property?" And the answer is hard graft and the realisation life isn’t just a walk in the park. Like every other person I’ve had my fair share of ups and downs along my journey, and becoming a millionaire was just the same. There were more downs than ups, long hours, little sleep, loss, blood, sweat and tears shed, but what helped the most was the sheer determination to become the person I wanted to be!

Another inspirational video Jamie. It is so easy to fall at the hurdles of life, but you jump them and charge forward having realised there was a lesson to learn. So many would just lick their wounds and feel sorry for themselves. If you are this good at 30 what will you have achieved by 60! Tactical. I loved the epta training, I have not pushed on the packaging side yet but it’s given me the confidence to refinance my house and look for creative deals in my area to build my portfolio which I’m working on now. Looking forward to the property investors show on Saturday.

Iv just completed on my second buy to let property. First one I used OPM from a family member. Second house was a mixture of my money and OPM. But I want to buy my third buy to let soon, not wait another 12 months saving up etc. What’s the best way to get this third buy to let? Use OPM on a run down house, refurbish it and refinance? I hear you mention loans, can that be used in this instance too?
OPM all the way. Your wealth grows in direct correlation to utilising OPM

Jamie, what is the typical / average cash flow you should generally look at getting on an interest only single let property ? On a typical 3 bed terrace, I’m located in wales. Is a £250 cash flow after all Expenses achievable or should I settle for lower ? Would really appreciate your help.

This was my favourite video of yours. I've been watching your videos for a while now, and I must say, I relate to you a lot. Single mum, 5 kids, working class etc. but more than that, your transparency has sold you to me. I am at a crossroads in my life where I really want to get into property. I'm not fussed about the 'get rich quick' nonsense. I just want to apply myself to something and really own it.

What people fail to realise is that more money means more opportunities to spend your money, usually on more expensive things. Money can disappear a lot faster than you earn it if you don't live within your means.
100% It's all about Making, MANAGING and MULTIPLYING the money... making it is just a small part of the equation!
You're an amazing story teller and the vid was very helpful mate, I'm puzzled though if you had reported steve to the police at the time couldn't they have helped as he was right next door

I ve bought a house in burnley for 18000 around 2013 recetion time and later on I sold it straight away I thought it was shit I had 6000 less and few month ago that property was sold for 72000 I was regretting so badly
