Don't force lyrics, just writing whatever pops into your head usually is the best thing to do, and often doing that helps you realize and/or clarify something you've been feeling. And don't overthink, find the flow and just go with it. Songwriting is about putting words to all those bottle up feelings and thoughts. Hope this helps 😁
