For future reference for anyone who started playing this game late on the 11:15 mark when the user was trying to line up the Jizo statues; make sure you have it facing forward so you can get the first power moon that will be located on top of the taller rock.
I really love how Bowser’s Kingdom was Japanese inspired and Nintendo needs to explore and expand on this theme more for their upcoming Mario games, it looked so smooth.
Welp your wish was granted; there’s a Japanese-themed area in Paper Mario: The Origami King called Shogun Studios.

22:14 and 22:27 has to be one of my favorite things in this level. I love how the devs made it sound ancient and almost exactly like what you’d hear in Feudal Japan

Bowser's kingdom looks a lot more... oriental than the last time I saw it.
Because Bowser is from the Mario equivalent of Asia. Also this isn´t a oriental castle, but more like a Chinese/Japan castle. He only was most likely to be found in european castles, because he infiltreted those from Princess Peach and took them over.

Ok so...In every single Mario game every, Bowser's castle/kingdom is absolutely magnificent...and Peach is just there with her puny castle on a lone hill with some bushes and a toad house or two sometimes. Why, exactly, does Bowser waste time on her kingdom? If it's just to marry Peach, he really can do better

I highly recommend this stage in the next super smash bros. I don’t care if the smash 4 was the last one, i would be extremely happy if they put an official bowsers castle, and use this one as the stage for the next smash bros

I’ve already seen the final battle with Bowser, but why couldn’t he get a hat like Cappy? If Dry Bowser, or another version of Bowser appeared in this game (even though there isn’t), it would be interesting to see how Bowser would use a Cappy-like hat to his advantage.

Those two Bowser status represents a reference of the two mythological gods.
Raijin and Fujin, Japanese for Thunder God and Wind God also they both are brothers

My goodness!!! Mind blown. I’m here because I can’t seem to beat the last boss in this level, but damn I pretty much missed half the hidden moons & purple coins. I’m going to to have to re-do the game when I finally beat it and look deeper. This is week 1 of my 1st game on my very 1st Switch/first video game console EVER!! Complete noob, but having so much fun despite the lack of sleep.

I still love Mario is together with Princess Peach.
I noticed that this game is the first Mario title since Super Mario Land to have neither Boos nor Bob Ombs in it. It does however have Whomps though (I count Stairface Ogres as Whomps), so there’s some SM64 authenticity right there.

I feel so accomplished, I don't want this game to end!! Waiting for the summer or fall for Lugi's Mansion dark moon or 2 to come out. But that cooking stage took me 6 months to beat.
