During the Decompression 7 passengers were Launched out of the aircraft 3 into engine 2 causing it to burst into flames. A few minutes later the aircraft experienced a fuel explosion which ripped the nose off of the 747 and hit engine 2. The aircraft immediately started diving at the ground at a speed of over 300 knots. While the 747 was in a dive the vertical stabilizer began to seperate and eventually the tail separated from the aircraft.
